Theo's Pizza & Catering

This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and honestly, I think Little Ceasars is better, faster, and less expensive. I just got a sausage pizza, so maybe I'm missing something that this restaurant has that makes it stand out from other pizza places.

Good, cheap pizza that's a little stingy with the toppings, but hey, it's not like I'm in New York or Chicago or anything, it's just a filling, non-life-changing pizza experience.

Disappointed in the customer service today. Ordered and paid online. Husband went and picked it up in store, and forgot to grab the soda that I had ordered and paid for. Realized when he got home (15 minute drive), called the store to ask if they could refund the soda since we didn’t take it. Told us no. Asked if we could have a credit for the next time we order. Told us no. Manager basically told us “too bad so sad”. I understand it’s his fault for not grabbing the soda, but their staff also didn’t remind him there was a soda on the order. And no customer service AT ALL to rectify the issue. Terrible.

Great place but I wish they would at least acknowledge customers when they come in instead of being ignored at the counter. A simple hello would be appreciated so I know they at least see me standing there. Great, cost friendly pizza!

The only issue we have is when ordering takeout our pizza is always under cooked ( the dough ) so we bring it home and finish it in our oven.

Finally decided to give Theos a chance and bot am I glad I dud! Can't comment on the building or service as I got a delivery order, but the food got to me nice and quick, and my driver was fast and friendly! The food I git was unexpectedly REALLY good and reasonably priced! Pizza, cheese sticks, garlic sauce, I was really impressed with the quality and taste of what I got! Definitely gonna order from Theos again sometime, and if you want some good cheap pizza? Give them a go!

The pizza is good for a cheap pizza. The only thing that stinks is that they tell you a time to pick up your pizza and when you show up on time, it's been sitting there and is cold. This has happened a few times and I have learned to show up way early. I forgot to do this yesterday and showed up even 5 minutes early and it was already made, sitting there and guess what.. it was cold. If they tell you 15 minutes, show up in 5.

I really liked their taco pizza. It's one of the best I've had. I recommend it from here!

The best of the best !!! I had a last minute gathering, and Theo's took my big order and it was delicious... The employees were awesome !! Will definitely order again , highly recommend!!
