What HAPPEN to Wendy's? use to be one of my favorite places to eat now for the last few times i gone had nothing but bad experiences 1. one time they did not wanna take my payment even though i try multiple debit cards and Credit cards all with money 2. Every time i try to use rewards or coupon s of the app they make harder than it needs to be like the difference is coming from their paycheck 3. costumer service is no longer existent 4. Literally got food poisoning today
WILL NOT BE BACK AND ADVISE ANYONE TO STAY AWAY JUST GO TO ANY OF THE OTHER 50 PLACES THAT SERVE FAST FOOD IN SHEBOYGAN

I loved Wendy's! I got some Chicken Tenders, which were juicy and AMAZING. I also got some pinneapple and peach fanta, which was amazing too. The service was quick, and the people were kind. The atmosphere was cool, we got to sit in some chairs by a cool fireplace. I love Wendy's!!!

Just ordered online, sausage breakfast burrito and didnt get the Cholula pkts that is comes with and the Carmel cold brew with cream was straight cold brew. The gentleman that handed us the food was nice and polite but the lady that gave us the drink just whipped the windows open and handed us the drinks and shut the windows right away. Disappointing because this location is usually pretty good!
