I had the famous Ham sandwich. It was ok. I was thinking for the price it would have been a bit bigger. Taste was subpar. I will go back and check out something else next time. I used the drive thru. Good experience. Friendly staff.

Lobby is always closed. Drive thru is open. I walk up sometimes. Normally no issue. Was told this time I was loitering and I can't do that, after I waited behind a car for 15ish minutes. They said the owner doesn't want people standing there. Maybe if they had a lobby open to the public, that wouldn't be an issue.

The lobby was closed so I walked up to the drive thru to order. I ordered a large chai latte which was good and the guy handed me a treat for my dog.He told me the total was 5.80 something. I gave him my card and didn't give me back my receipt. I asked for a receipt stating that I'd like to leave a tip : 1 because he gave my dog a treat and 2 I always try to support small businesses and I have been here a handful of times.As I looked at my receipt I saw that he charged me $6.99 when he told me the total was 5.80 something.I didn't tip and walked away without confrontation with my receipt.I understand there are surcharges sometimes for using debit if you're under a certain amount but at least tell me. I know it's a matter of a dollar but who knows how many times they have done this to customers.Just be honest and up front. Some people actually do tip. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

I was visiting from Michigan for a long weekend and was looking for a local spot to grab coffee and pastries for the family. Z Spot was very close by so we gave it a shot. We ordered a large variety of pastries from muffins to brownies to scones to Rice Krispies, as well as three coffee drinks. My one gripe was that the espresso in my cappuccino was on the burnt side, as was my grandma’s mocha. My partner’s latte was perfect though. I’d chalk that up to our large order however, with only two people working. I’ve been in the coffee industry so I get it!The pastries, however… I might drive seven hours back just to get some more of them. Every single thing we tried was so tasty. Lemon muffins, espresso brownies, carrot cake muffin, berry scones. Everything so good.The customer service was phenomenal. They had us come inside even though the lobby was closed to wait for our order since it would be a moment. They helped us carry our boxes out to our car.I can’t wait to visit Sheboygan again so I can come visit here again!
