Creepy Gandalf wizard of winery was inappropriate and poked my shoulder. He accused another guest of stealing a bottle (she didn’t)

Had a very nice visit with the owner. A little out of the way, but worth the stop.

The man who served us was rude, impatient, insulting & discourteous to myself & my daughter & friend. Then the products he served were all awful & amateurish tasting. The building is sketchy, poorly maintained & decorated with low quality, garage sale items. I even questioned our safety alone with him & we couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Was looking for a winery to visit. I appreciate these pop up family owned wineries. Truly a very unique place. We took the motorcycle and it was only 1/2 mile of a gravel road so not bad if you are on the bike. The owners were nice. I really enjoyed the guys dry quick wit humor and his wife was so nice. Both were very informative and well versed in their products. The wine was good, the cordials, brandy and moonshine were good. Do not expect a commercialized what you find at the store product... this is a great farm to table product. I guarantee the moonshine is way more potent than any place you've ever been to due it being a family owned business. I love even more that they support and donate back to a horse rescue.

I think this winery is now closed. We stopped on a Friday in June and there was no one there. It looked run down.

“ What happens at winery - stays at the winery “ is the best quote for this spot! If you are looking for a traditional winery / wine tasting - go to California?!? Or else where …This is a unique spot.. the wine is unique and the owner ( male( as others have described)) even more unique. Pat the owner is what makes clover meadows a good time- but you have to enjoy his genius and wit. Embrace his playful comments / banter and you’ll have a blast. Or be a heartless Karen and say this place sucks. But I’d encourage people to enjoy this space and the wine for what it is and enjoy the owners fun banter because he is creating a business offering so much good! We ended up leaving with one of the owners drawings - and a few bottles. The tasting was a blast! But you cling on to the experience… of what clover meadows is!

Unfortunately we didn't have a great experience. The wines all smelled and tasted of vinegar. Either corked or too old. The owner (male) was very off putting and quite rude throughout our time there. At first we thought he was trying to be funny or eccentric but he wasn't. He also made some strange comments to the women in our group. We were all very uncomfortable. Definitely wouldn't recommend a visit here.

We went here with another couple and it was an absolute blast!!The owner himself was who helped us and we had a heck of a good time! The drinks were great, service fast and the conversations were excellent. Not to mention the scenery and story behind “clover meadow” was something to inspire to! We will be back! Thank you!

If you are looking for a winery with good wine friendly service and fantastic ambiance then this is NOT the winery for you. The gentleman owner is rude and vulgar to everyone!! The seating and tables look like they came from a church auction and are short and uncomfortable!! The wine is literally mediocre at best.Super disappointing and will never and I mean never be back. This is the lowest rating winery I have ever seen and should have checked that out before we headed that way!!All I say, if you keep that guy serving is good luck!!

We love everything about this place! The owner, the ambiance and the best wine and liquors. It is off the beaten path, but well worth the trip.

The winery itself was beautiful, but we didn't have a good experience. The gentlemen with the long hair had cold humor and a little rude. He literally sat by us while we were doing our tasting- made it awkward. Plus, it got uncomfortable when he had a small dispute with his wife about his medication in front of us. I wasn't a fan of the wine. It tasted like there was shot of moonshine/brandy mixed into the wine. Won't be going back, but that's just my experience.
