I ordered pulled pork and smoked Turkey breast for Thanksgiving this year. Both were a huge hit. Super easy prep and cleanup to make things easy. I highly recommend them for any catering needs. We will be placing another order for Christmas! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our first day in De Pere for vacation and there was a food truck event. We chose 4 Schmidts and Giggles BBQ and YUMMMMMM! We do as many food trucks and new places to try as we can! I'm so happy we had a chance to try this food truck! the whole family was super nice! The food was SPOT ON! The fries cooked perfectly crispy, the bbq sandwiches so good and the coleslaw so good. We also won a $10 off certificate for our dinner that day! If we ever make it back to Wisconsin we will be looking for them! Thank you for an awesome out of state food truck experience for my guy and I!

Tina and the crew were very attentive to our guests and made our wedding stand out with the quality of the food! We had 4 Schmidt’s and Giggles provide the food for our son’s graduation party and it was amazing! Everyone loved it. The Mac n cheese and cheesy potatoes were popular, flavorful and we were glad to have a little extra, they were even great as leftovers. Best Mac n cheese we’ve ever had. The fruit and veggie trays looked so appealing, and were fresh and delicious. The biggest hits were the pulled pork and pulled chicken. Smoky, flavorful, such high quality meats. The pork and chicken exceeded our expectations. 5 stars definitely recommend!

WE loved it! What a great food truck and they have the best attitudes ever, even in spite of an unexpected rain out of our Veteran event. The smells, aromas, and taste bud-tickling was fantastic. Definitely TWO THUMBS UP! We plan to bring them to all our events!

I hired 4 Schmidts and Giggles BBQ for my husbands 40th birthday party at our house. We had about 75 people at the party and everyone LOVED the food.
Sandwiches, tacos, pork and chicken... amazing. The mac and cheese? Creamy, cheesy goodness that's downright addictive. And the coleslaw? Fresh, crisp, and the perfect balance to the rich, savory meats.
Tina and her husband - They're some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. Seriously, they were great. They were patient and kind, easy to work with, and really accommodating.
The smells wafting from the truck alone were top notch - my husky actually planted herself on the ground right outside the truck for the whole day. Aside from my dog being a big beggar, I wanted to just sniff the air.
I highly recommend them and I really hope we have another reason in the future to use them for an event!

Hired for wedding. Family was nice. Food was absolutely delicious, but the vendor was paid to smoke on site all day and did not show up until very shortly before dinner was supposed to be served. We paid for a larger number of guests than what showed up to the wedding, over a 30 people difference and we never received any of the extra food. Guests saw the catering team take leftovers of the food back to their truck. Paid for time and vendors left early due to rain. Would have appreciated the leftovers that we paid for.
