4 Schmidt’s and Giggles catered an event at my husband’s job a few years ago- he would always rave about their BBQ, when it was time to decide on catering for our wedding, he was quick to suggest them. BBQ is a favorite of ours! 4 Schmidt’s and Giggles provided us with a food tasting of some of their popular items before committing. The tasting was delicious and we instantly knew we wanted them to be a part of our special day. Food is a very important part of your wedding day and something you want your guests to enjoy and remember. 4 Schmidt’s and Giggles BBQ did just that! We overheard our guests talked throughout the night about how wonderful and tasty the food was and even how unique it was to have a food truck cater. Even over the course of the past year since our wedding, our guests continue to comment on how phenomenal our wedding food was. 4 Schmidt’s and Giggles was great to work with! They provided fast and efficient communication, suggestions along the way, and were very kind and respectful to our wedding venue staff and guests. This family run BBQ didn't disappoint!!! They pulled up with the charcoal already burning, filling the air with a sweet aroma. They buckle down as a family and got everything prepared for a full wedding dinner. nothing but compliments were given out from every guest that I chatted with. Absolutely book them now!!

We heard from guests all night how wonderful the food was. They went out of their way to ensure all the meats and seasonings were gluten free for our guests with gluten allergies and intolerances. From the start of planning to the finish they were there every step of the way to make sure we got exactly what we needed and wanted. We loved the food and the service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for catered bbq truck!

Our first day in De Pere for vacation and there was a food truck event. We chose 4 Schmidts and Giggles BBQ and YUMMMMMM! We do as many food trucks and new places to try as we can! I'm so happy we had a chance to try this food truck! the whole family was super nice! The food was SPOT ON! The fries cooked perfectly crispy, the bbq sandwiches so good and the coleslaw so good. We also won a $10 off certificate for our dinner that day! If we ever make it back to Wisconsin we will be looking for them! Thank you for an awesome out of state food truck experience for my guy and I!
