BBQ is a favorite of ours! 4 Schmidt’s and Giggles provided us with a food tasting of some of their popular items before committing. The tasting was delicious and we instantly knew we wanted them to be a part of our special day. Food is a very important part of your wedding day and something you want your guests to enjoy and remember. 4 Schmidt’s and Giggles BBQ did just that! We overheard our guests talked throughout the night about how wonderful and tasty the food was and even how unique it was to have a food truck cater. Even over the course of the past year since our wedding, our guests continue to comment on how phenomenal our wedding food was. 4 Schmidt’s and Giggles was great to work with! They provided fast and efficient communication, suggestions along the way, and were very kind and respectful to our wedding venue staff and guests. “We have been here many times...never a bad meal. The people are just as authentic as the food! The homemade Sweet Tea and homemade Lemonade are amazing! I like to mix them half and half. The smoked cheesecake worth every every penny! Plan on going back many more times. Remember it isn't fast food it's great food!“
