My order consisted of 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 coffees. Coffee was supposed to be hot was barely lukewarm. Both of the breakfasts sandwiches weren’t close to what I ordered. Definitely not worth the 34 dollars. 3rd time here and my order has been wrong every time. Will not be back!

I had the day off today and I couldn't wait to start my day at Mud Creek in Sherwood like I've done many times before. My favorite coffee flavors are the Turtle mocha and the Muddy mocha. I went in with my two boys, they like the Creme drinks, so each got one. As for me, I asked the cashier which coffee has caramel drizzled on top, Turtle or Muddy mocha and the girl asked the boys making the drinks and they replied, Turtle mocha. I said I'd take that one with skim milk and I specifically said I wanted it for here in a mug. I also ordered the turkey avocado bagel and one m&m cookie for my boys to split. My kids got their drinks and I got my coffee, but it came in a to go cup. Ugh :-( I was immediately upset to see that, but thought okay whatever, but when I took the lid off there's no caramel drizzled on top. My excitement was completely gone. I know this sounds stupid, but I had already envision myself enjoying my coffee, tasting the caramel drizzled on top of the whipped cream. When I got my food, I told the lady that my coffee wasn't exactly what I ordered, but it was fine, all I wanted to know if it actually was made with skim milk. She asked the guy who made my drink and he said yes. He also said that he could make me a new drink. This was the 2nd time that he offered to make me a new drink. I wish it was that simple for me to have said "sure I'd take a new drink", but I didn't feel like explaining to him what I actually ordered and didn't get. So I rejected his offer twice. On top of everything my sons didn't get their cookie, so my little one got in line to ask for the cookie they didn't get. The place didn't seem too busy to me, so I'm not sure what happened. I know this is pretty d**** but it wasn't a good start of my morning. I literally took two sips of my coffee and left it there :-/

Wonderful wonderful wonderful! The customer service is fabulous!!! The ladies were great. The food was awesome. My mother was in awe of how clean, friendly and fabulous the place was. Go there for your coffee and a treat :)
