Not a single napkin. Ordered 2 kids meals, which come with little ice cream bowls, and an adult meal, and not a single napkin. Frustrating.

I picked up my food couldn't get it through the drive thru had to be inconvenienced to come inside to another part of the store sooooo packed by the time I got my concrete mixer it was melted so I asked them to make it over they consulted with each other nd made it over wo my extra topping pissed

Nice needed more help around rush time and making sure everyone is trained probably a little bit more for the staff.
Girl with rainbow hair was very rude, especially to the coworkers that were handling food, one worker that was handling my food, was tearing up, i asked her why she just said her managers suck, and i knew exactly who she was talking about. I think that rainbow is getting to her head, so now she’s being hard, to relive the stress in her brain.
This is a great spot for dine in or take out. All of the workers have been kind and helpful, great suggestions. During busy times they give you a number and you park elsewhere and they bring everything to you. Seems to work pretty well and gets us all through quickly.

Got harassed my a man who followed me to my car. Nobody stopped to help. I got out of my car and yelled at him. I have no idea why a man would find the need to follow me to my car and knock on my window.

I really don't like when you order ice cream in a dish & they bring it out to your car outside with that open top lid & its been times where its raining & snowing & the employees walk out with rain sleet or snow with a open top lid🤮🤮 ! I just don't appreciate my food or dessert being exposed to the out door element !
