Pretty cool, family and friendly atmosphere. Surrounded by bike trails, parks and other bakery shops. I ordered a shake online while I waited outside. Within five minutes my order was completed and brought out to me. I also LOVE how they primarily hire students as employees. Great way to teach responsibility and increase social skills.

This culvers is in my neighborhood. On nights that my wife and I don't feel like cooking, we usually get culvers for our kids. However, since the online ordering system was changed, the food we order is made incorrectly with greater and greater frequency. I am not sure why. But out of the last 10 orders, at least 6 of them have been messed up. Toppings on our food that we didn't ask for or several missing items in the order. This is disappointing.

They had me waiting 20 mins on ice cream in the drive thru manager had an attitude when I told him about my issue that I told him he’s needs to learn how to better manage his staff this is why I don’t come to this location at all I usually go to the Glendale location

Food was sloped together. Ordered onion rings with my meal. They were so thin it was nothing but burnt breading. Asked for raw onion on my chicken sandwich and the brought back nasty looking sautéed that were barley cooked. Threw my ice cream in a regular, clear drinking cup. Use to be one of our favorite places to eat but we will not be going back there.
Customer service is quick and fast. The place is always clean and the staff is polite.

I love this Culver’s it’s one of my favorite locations. The food is always good and the service is fast and pleasant. The only negative thing I have to say is to avoid eating inside around 2:45-4pm on weekdays . There’s always rowdy children inside that really ruin the atmosphere. It’s not even rowdy high schoolers it’s literal middle schoolers yelling, throwing things, and just roughhousing while waiting on a ride. I just don’t think it’s fair for the paying customers nor the staff to have to babysit inconsiderate children.

Always like visiting this location. Staff is always friendly and wait times aren't too long.
Parking: Even though there is parking available, I suggest not parking directly next to the building because if the drive thru line us long, u may wait a while to get out of your parking spot.
