I went there to have pick up a delightful meal but it was far from that. First off I understand this specific culvers is very busy and i expected that. My experience started out great. Order my food the cashier was very nice and put down exactly what i ordered. Then it went way downhill from there. After paying i went and parked as they tell you, and then a culvers worker comes out and lit a cigarette right next to my open window of my car. Fine that’s one thing but then I sat waiting there for 30 minutes while cars with way bigger orders got their food fast. At least 10 cars that ordered after me left while i sat there. So i called them asking where my order was and the person that answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. In the middle of me asking where my order is i got hung up on. My order did come soon after but was not a great experience. And to top it off my food was cold.

The chicken doesn't taste right nor is it cooked thoroughly half the time. Their ice smells and tastes like rotten eggs or lake water. And they served a Buffalo sauce that tasted expired (beyond there control sometime). This location is not my favorite.

Poor customer service. Workers at store were rude and unhelpful.I was yelled at by a worker despite following their instructions to show Uber Eats confirmation for my food order. I tried to pick up my own food but it took ten minutes and involved two supervisors to figure out that I am not a delivery driver and had ordered my own food. Not a convenient experience for app order pick up.If you are ordering pick up for yourself using an app, there is an area to left of entrance across cfrom counter for food pick up. You should strongly consider ordering food elsewhere because customer service at this location is terrible and unprofessional.

Poor Customer service! Ordered concrete mixers for my family and I they were served to us and looks like one completely Liquid based before we even left the location which I believe is completely unacceptable. If the ice cream machine is down, please let the customers know and make us aware so that we won't order ice cream especially if it's going to come out like a unthaw milkshake very disappointed paid for additional toppings to be added to the concrete mixers and they were not added so again why was I charged for those additional toppings overall just rude and unprofessional service I will speak to attending the Glendale location only from this day forward!
