So, I LOVE this coffee shop and I go here almost daily! I enjoy the staff, the food options, the drinks, and the ambiance. It's also close to my home. The reason for my 3-star rating is because of what I saw take place on Sunday, April 14. It was a beautiful, warm day outside and the cafe was packed. Two young girls were working and it was evident they were understaffed. Orders were messed up (due to many online orders coming in and people grabbing the wrong orders off the shelf) and one of the girls was delivering sandwiches to tables and crying. I felt terrible for both of them, as they were busting their butts and working very hard. One of the girl's called someone and asked if they could send over extra help and was told no. From what I hear, the Shorewood location doesn't get as much help as they ask for and I find that very disappointing. Management should provide the employees with what they need to get the job done- the right tools and the right amount of staff. From my perspective, it seemed like unfair treatment to the employees that day and I hope management does better with this location. This is not the first time I've seen Shorewood understaffed and stressed.

One of my favorite coffee shops in MKE! The staff is always extremely friendly and they do a great job at crafting the drinks. This is also my favorite spot to sit and do homework since it has a nice and calm ambiance. I never write reviews but I feel passionately strong about how much I love Fiddleheads.

I found the sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich particularly delightful. I have been getting this type of sandwich at another local coffee shop, but I think I've found my new favorite at Fiddleheads. Caramel latte was good. I bought some reserve grind, which also brewed very nicely at home. Nice seating indoors. This location is a worthy competitor to the other numerous coffee shops in the area. I'll be back.

stopped in for an afternoon pick me up and was the only one waiting for my drink, i ordered a cortado and it took longer than i would hope then i saw the barista spooning foam out of it since she got the ratio wrong ? not sure i’ll return but the vibe was cute.

Prices are reasonable for the drinks served. I happened to be there toward the end of the day and place offered me a free pastry that would have otherwise been tossed out that evening! They have an outdoor seating area with a fire pit that was perfect for a fall day.

I was at this location on 9/21/23 trying to do some work and the employees were so loud and inconsiderate of their guests I had to pick up mid call and go outside....they were very disruptive and I wont be returning to this
