I'm an out of towner so this was my first time. My family members all like it. My felafel balls were a little dry and hard. Other than that, the sandwich was fresh. The waffle fries were great. The drinks were good. The service was excellent, including the hostess. She was very welcoming. The service had to deal with 4 folks over 80, which can be challenging. She did a very good job.

The service was absolutely terrible. And I do mean terrible. My party is pretty low maintenance, but our server couldn't even put forth a minimal effort. My food was prepared incorrectly and she could not have been less interested. Really disappointing as I have been going to this establishment for a long time.

The food and atmosphere at Harry's Bar and Grill in Shorewood was absolutely amazing. My wife and I randomly stopped at this gem to celebrate the sale of our home, after leaving Powers Reality nearby. We were blown away with the beauty of this place and the overall experience. Our server was so wonderful, and gave the best recommendations for food that did not disappoint, she was helpful, friendly, and we will definitely be retuning very soon and requesting to be seated with our awesome server Kate.

Couldn’t have been worse service or people. Walked in with plenty of tables for a party of two and were asked to sit at the bar. Went to the bar and the waitresses and bartenders didn’t acknowledge our presence for over 15 minutes. No one would make eye contact and food was slow to come out of the kitchen just like the drinks that never came.

We ordered the crab ragoons for an appetizer--they tasted moldy to me. But the rest of the food was really good! I had a Harry's burger--done medium--was a little too red for me, but very tasty. It was very messy to eat, though. My husband had the fishfry--I think it was whitefish? But he really enjoyed it. I would have appreciated a refill on my ice tea, but it was okay. Our wait person was fabulous!
