Loved this Gem, found it on google maps. Came during the Oktoberfest Season. Was peaceful and not overcrowded. However I wish there was a band, probably just the day we came. Allows dogs, delicious large pretzel for a decent price and a good selection of beer. Tucked away in the woods.

One of those true MKE gems. Beer, food and a nice little place to hang out. All right next to the glorious oak leaf trail. Perfect for a walk or bike ride.

Any chance of adding some N/A beer options to your beer menu? Every other beer garden in the city, brewery, forward-thinking bars/restaurants, etc all carry them these days for those of us who love beer, but don't love alcohol anymore. Thanks for considering. The beer garden is an amazing and beautiful oasis right off the Oak Leaf - would love to stop there again and have one!
Great beer, terrible pretzel.

Loved this beer garden in the woods along the Milwaukee River and the Oakleaf Trail. We stopped for a beer while on a bike ride and instantly loved this place. The wooded feel with the picnic tables just make you feel like you want to hang out and drink beer. The beer we had was excellent and the stop was an excellent respite. Can't wait to go back with a bigger group and just hang and have fun. You have to check this one out.

Great little beer garden. I've gotten the pretzel both of the last two times I went and honestly it's really underwhelming and they don't have stone ground mustard with it. They served a cheap nacho cheese with it, like the cheap out of a big can kind of nacho cheese. The atmosphere at the beer garden is awesome. Lots of picnic tables available. Lots of good beer on tap too. Just wouldn't recommend the pretzel

Tiny little hideaway to discover by bike. One of our favorite beer gardens to come to. Stop by and don't forget your bug spray!

You'll park and then walk through a slightly scary tunnel to get to it. But once you do, you'll have arrived at Shorewood, WI's worst held secret.
