I ordered the spicy Mongolian beef and it had no kick. At all. My gf had a spicy chicken dish and no spice either. The food itself was fine. But they obviously think poorly on spice. Will not be returning.

A no-frills but reliable place for the conventional Chinese restaurant dishes we all grew up with. I've tried about ten different entrees and have pretty much settled on the Mongolian chicken and Kung Pao chicken as my usuals. Nothing was ever outright bad, but some of the beef dishes are subpar. Prices are fair for the portion, and they are very fast for carry-out. I order online, saunter over 20 minutes later, and my order is always ready, even at what I assume are peak times (like 6-7pm).

This is VERY good, fresh tasting takeout food. It scratches our Chinese-take-out cravings every time! Hot and sour soup is so good - craved when I had a cold; it’s curing! And they don’t skimp on veggies in the veggie fried rice, either. To be clear, I’m not commenting on authenticity, but it’s just as good (if not better) than the Chinese take out we ordered while living in NYC. Also, I wonder if people know how much their 2 or 3 star reviews that are out of context or unrealistic expectation-wise hurt small local businesses? Let’s stay positive, folks. The food was frankly awful, we ordered four dishes and all were nearly inedible. The sauces were bland with an off aftertaste, the broccoli tasted vaguely of fish, the soy "chicken" was not soy but seitan (wheat) and a very bad version at that. The portions were large but that's not really a plus if no one wants to eat it.
