For the price it was really expensive, almost 20 bucks for a sub and chips that was pretty dry and flavorless. The resturuant is just a pet store so there’s nowhere to sit, I like the message of the place but the food leaves something to be desired

Talk about thinking you're walking into the wrong place! Luckily, the sign on the interior door reassures you that you are at the correct plac, indeed. Not only can you walk out of there with absolutely phenomenal sandwiches, but many different goods for all your doggo needs.

We were told we would receive a text when our food was ready. The text never came. By the time we realized our food was ready it was cold.
Hannah, the outdoor bartender, was apologetic and very professional. The "manager" took a brief break from surfing his phone and drinking a beer to say, "Sorry, Bro."

I can’t believe this place is still open at just 3 days a week. It’s not a restaurant it’s a tiny crowded pet shop with no menus and no staff. I don’t understand this theme or situation or service? Bring back the old format PLEASE.

Love the sandwiches!!! Crazy that it's closed 4 days a week though! I know there has been staffing issues but it's been so long now, years. No tables or place to eat it with the exception of a small window bar in the dog supply shop.

I used to love Riley's in the 3rd Ward. Right across the street from my offices. Very good sandwiches, that weren't boring. However, today I am waiting for my pick up order for 10 minutes and witnessed one of their chef's blow his nose with his gloves on and didn't change his gloves. Tough thing to witness, obviously I walked straight out, no food. Done with them. I attempted to call but kept getting the Shorewood location number, no other way on their website to contact. So unfortunately needed to communicate this to them in a review.

I wish they’d have more of their salads on this menu that they have at the social house in the third ward. However, the two they have are very very good salads the best in the Milwaukee area in my opinion.

5 stars all around! Food tasted great, sandwiches blended well. The steak gave me a more of a roast beef taste. And the inside was very cozy!
