This is my 2nd time of this place that they are out of napkin for customers it just disappointed when u have a kid with you that made a mess on their face eating the chocolate chip and the shop don’t have napkins. The employee just said we’re out of napkins. Poor management for running out.

This is a small Starbucks, has some seats and tables. great for pickup orders, with parking and such.! If you remember the one across the street, it lacked short term parking for pickup, and really no street parking......actually for anyone..

If you have time go to the Starbucks down the street…. The service in Metro Market is substandard. I had a girl make my drink with wet hands. She was trying to unplug the sink (all) while shifting back and forth to make my drink. And she had a bad attitude…If you cover up the Starbucks logo…you would think you’re at a side walk coffee stand.They need to take advice from (Chick fa la) in customer service. If cleanliness and service is important go down the street. I sure will!!!!They lost me as a customer.

Went to visit this store today and experienced some I never thought I would handed the cashier my money to receive mine bk thrown on the counter instead of saying some to her I took it to the manager which did
Been coming here since June and occasionally walk in to grab my drink with my pup, especially when the weather is hazardous. Never had an issue. Just to walk in and before we even get a hello I’m kicked out with my pup by someone I’ve never even seen work this location. How is Starbucks going to offer pup cups and have such cold, unfriendly staff. Inconsistent and unfair to consumers stopping in for less than 30 seconds to grab a coffee. We were here for picking up a mobile order and it’s to my knowledge you’re legally not supposed to ask if an animal is a service animal. Next time, say hello.
