Every time I stop here to eat, there's some issue. The grill has been down for the last week or more. Once they were out of meat. Come on now. Plus, after Covid the prices sky rocketed.
Parking: Attached to a gas station. Also , the driveway is in the middle of a median so if you go there and need to go North after leaving, you'll need to go south first then turn around after the median.

This is probably the worst fast food experience I have ever had. My daughter had a volleyball tournament two weeks in a row. Now the first week we came here. The sign said there was no burgers or ice cream at a burger restaurant famous Root beer floats. now we try again today tried to go through drive-through since we drove an hour away from home for this tournament for nobody to answer the drive-through. We went inside and about six employees came piling out of the back no hello no sorry or anything. The cashier walked up to the register did not even say hello. Just stared at us like we were inconveniencing them.. the fries were old and tables were dirty with no one else there here the whole time..

Nothing good to say. Stood there for like 10 minutes before we ordered. The employee didn't greet us, he was in regular street clothes, he didn't ask if we were ready to order he just stood there until we ordered. Just handed us our bag of food and walked away.
Parking: They are connected to a gas station and there is nothing to indicate where to park for going inside

Tried to order food 20 min before they close well sorry web site said 10pm but it's 9pm now so any ways they said they were closed and everything was shut off so I pull to car wash and another person pulled up and they served him so I pulled back over there and tried to order and was told he was last one......this is not the first time they have closed way early something needs to be done about management and all the kids running the show there i have tried to complain before and have gotten no were

Cheese curds were a few globs of cheese mixed in with breading carcasses. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, no tomato. There was indeed no tomato, but also no bacon. The girl at the pickup window seemed like she would rather be anywhere but there. This has been my experience with the service there multiple times. This is probably the last time I will give them a try.

What is happening with this A&W!! Food is really going downhill...had a fish sandwich 2 weeks ago, made me sick, my significant other just stopped tonight, had a cheeseburger that was like shoe leather...he said the people working there were something to be desired tonight..not the greatest..this being an all time favorite restaurant ours...think it's time to meet with the staff...or hire help who really want to be there...please check into why the sudden crappy food at such an icon of a restaurant...

Stopped by last week. Hours on door said they should have been open for 10 minutes and it was locked up. Sat in drive through for almost a half hour with only 5 cars in front of me.

Had a problem last year. Gave them another try after a post of New management and a deep cleaning. Visited on Saturday September 7th 2024 spent $14 on 2 cold burgers and got sick with diarrhea within 12 hours!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER going back! I visited the A & W again spoke with the Very Nice New Manager Devon he returned my money. Anyone visiting just know Devon is new and trying his best. I will visit again just not on the weekends 😁👍
