Me n my husband stopped in A&W siren today and Alicia took our order, I've came in a few times and she always has great customer service, very polite, always a smile on her face. Definitely knows how to turn your day around when it's not going so great, love coming here when she's working. The kitchen guys did fantastic and our food was nice and hot. Will be coming back.

Came into A&W this morning and the assistant manager Alicia took my order, she had a smile on her face and was so polite and seemed like she really enjoys what she does. I was very impressed and i told her she was doing a superb job and that she would make a great manager one day . The 2 gentlemen in the kitchen who made the food also did really awesome, food came up fast and it was hot and very delicious. Definitely will be back. Good job for a fast food restaurant, this is what we like to see.

We stopped at A&W in siren wi my kids were tired and cranky.The service was amazing and the assistant manager Alicia went out of her way and talked with my kids and made them smile Thank you so much Alicia that made our trip so much better on the way home. The food was amazing and your smile was even better. Great place we will be back

I love A&W but it seems like everytime my family comes here the ice cream machine is not working, and that's with trips that are months apart, it's like they know we're coming lol. But beyond that the food and ice cream beverages are fantastic! But the professionalism and interaction with staff could be tremendously better. One notable occasion is when my wife was told she was flat out wrong when we received our drinks and hers was the incorrect size. She simply asked for the correct size and proceeded to hand the wrong drink back to the guy who threw a fit and told her she was wrong. Its just simple customer service. Make it right for the customer. Especially something silly like receiving the wrong size beverage, on top of the fact she was gonna give the other back. Not like we were trying to get a free drink out of it. Happy to find out there is another A&W in pine city since its a drive for us either way.

Went through drive thru order two papa burgers and two mushrooms and onion melts and kids meal and order chili and cheese fries and waited 20 mins for it and all the food was cold and the burgers were horrible had no mushrooms on burger no cheese on the chili cheese fries won't be back for a while cuz obviously they don't know how to make food and run a business correctly. Sounds bad but the truth sorry.

I went through this morning after having frozen pipes and frustrated. Alicia took my order through the drive-thru she was so delightful and sweet, made my day! She also offered my little puppy a pup cup. Great service, great food. Everything was hot and delicious

Was a great stop aubree and walter made our visit so great they were super friendly and nice the prices for two people were also good..i would recomend stoppping in to see them ask for aubree or walter and they will appreciate your business!!

waited 45 minutes for my food, a burger and a chili cheese dog. simple things. the people who ordered 10 minutes after me got there 3 burgers and 4 fries before me. 3 teenagers we working they were just sitting there doing nothing and talking to their other friends who were inside basically the whole time
