waited 45 minutes for my food, a burger and a chili cheese dog. simple things. the people who ordered 10 minutes after me got there 3 burgers and 4 fries before me. 3 teenagers we working they were just sitting there doing nothing and talking to their other friends who were inside basically the whole time

Update, the owner replied, which was nice and asked me to contact them. You didn’t give me a phone number. The only one listed is for the main restaurant. I called and they said you were never in. Do you seriously want me to give my phone number to the person that almost wanted to fight me in your restaurant?
Worst A&W I’ve ever been to since I’ve been going to them since 1979! Waited 30 minutes at a table for our food. Went to the counter, they “forgot” to make it…. The female supervisor made the situation WAY worse by not apologizing, lied saying “they were busy cooking it” but also forgot to make it and said “I’m stuck with these two new employees and they are slow” right in front of them. She then insulted my wife by saying “I’m over it” and started to walk away!!!! Her boyfriend, the “manager” did nothing and didn’t even offer a refund. Once we got the food, they “forget” 2 fries. I waited 10 more minutes and had to ask for him AGAIN… More excuses… What happened to customer service? The other 2 “new” girls were great and apologetic but not this supervisor or the manager. Ridiculous experience. Probably will never go back. OWNER, what do you have to say?

Ordered inside, waited 30 minutes. One of our party complained to the front about the wait and they lost our order. Then proceeded to state they will start it right then. 15 minutes after that when we finally got our order we were missing multiple items. We made another complaint and things got out of hand. Short manager girl got very heated and processed to start disrespecting my mother. A lot of crazy things were said by the manager while she lied to our faces over and over. Contradicting herself at every opportunity. Even threw her own employees under bus and blamed them for everything stating that she was “ stuck “ with them. Manager is a feisty little chihuahua, extremely unpleasant person to everyone who engaged with her from my group. Very gross experience. Filmed the whole thing, never coming back.

I went through the drive-thru at 730pm tonight. The young lady at the window (receipt said Danny) was extremely pleasant and had excellent customer service which unfortunately isn't so common these days in fast food. I appreciate the awesome service and good food!

Went through the drive thru. There was a sign in one lane with no words . The other lane had an old sign about being closed may 26 early. When I arrived at the window I ordered 1 hotdog nothing else after waiting 5 min she came to the window to tell me it would be another minute they had to make it fresh. Since when does it take 5 minutes to make a hot dog? 🤷♀️.
