This is a small town local bar with a good jukebox and fun folks. No frills. Drinks are reasonably priced. Annie is in her 70s and has owned the place for many decades. She'll occasionally offer a fish fry on Fridays and Rueben sandwiches around St. Patricks Day. Daytime during the week (aside from Friday) is quiet and peaceful. The atmosphere ramps up around 3pmish - jukebox playing and a lot of conversation.

This place is a dump run by an old sugar momma that brags about the days she was paid for everything! It is filthy and run down. Nothing has been cleaned in years! There are like two patrons that show up early every morn and drink for free all day. It is their job to take care of the place. I love dive bars but this!! Omg! Keep going, you may catch something!!

I do not see this as a "clean place" - and unless you are one of their regulars does it seem that you are even noticed. Staff has complained about being paid on time, and the owner, she is horribly rude.
