We went through this evening and were the only car in the drive up. We got two combo meals and an order of chicken fries. The food was ice cold and tasted like it had been sitting around. Dried up and stale! This is not the first time at this Slinger Wisconsin store that we had this experience. I would not go back or go to any other Burger King franchise. Burger King is a place that is nice but needs an update. People are friendly but the place is often dirty, with stuff on the floor behind the counter after rushes. Customers complain about fries being all over the bag and having to bag them themselves, and the bathrooms are dirty. Food can be good, but it can also be cold and God awful. The dining area is messy with straw wrappers and spilled soda, and workers look unkept and talk and screw around. The service is often HORRENDOUS.
