We live to have BK Lounge for lunch at work. Great deals in the app daily. Order ahead for even faster service. We live it when we happen to be near one!!!!!

MENTAL TEMPEST

This Burger King specifically is the worst location I have ever been to. The staff is religiously rude and unhelpful and the food itself is subpar at best. I have come here multiple times and every time there is a problem with my order, or the staff is making rude comments and or giving eachother looks based off of my order. My fiance does DoorDash and she has also had countless problems with this location to be specific. I don’t know who runs this place franchise or corporate but I have worked in fast food my whole life and I would argue this is the worst service I have ever seen.

Rude, terrible customer service!

We stopped at Burger King around 8:15 a.m. to grab a couple of breakfast sandwiches, hoping for something quick before getting back on the road. We were the only customers there, yet we waited at least 10 minutes with no food. The two employees on duty were at the sink working on something, so my husband politely asked when our order would be ready. One of them replied they were working on it. When he mentioned that we had already been waiting quite a while, she responded with, “Are we going to have an attitude? Because if so, I can give you a refund.”

I said we just wanted our food, and she claimed my husband was rolling his eyes and “having an attitude.” At that point, we accepted the refund and left. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this location.

place is nice but needs an update. people are friendly. I see a lot of people say this place is dirty. All I have seen is stuff on floor behind counter after a lunch or dinner rush, which gee that happens people when you work fast food. Could they grab a broom faster? Maybe, but is it worth bitching about? Maybe they just need to get their breath a minute. Too many ppl whine about the dumbest things

Looks like not enough help no lemonade on the soda machine or tea available. We had to buy there specialty lemonade to get something non carbonated.

Stopped in for a few burgers and fries. Checked my order when she brought. Fries were all over the bag. Asked if she could put fries in a separate bag. She said no, but that she would give me a bag to put them in myself. I did do it myself but the customer service here is HORRENDOUS!!!!
Spent $30 bucks and had to bag my own fries. As side note, the bathrooms were dirty. Will never go there again.

Sitting in the driveway thru for 30 minsnwaitingnon 2 sandwiches and fries. Absolutely TERRIBLE, who own this place, what a terrible terrible place.

It's been 6 month's since we've been at this burger king. Last time was a terrible experience,in the evening. Workers looked unkept,and didn't appear to be very bright. I spent 20.00 on a couple of whoppers and fries. Food was cold ,God awful. This time there's good news and bad news.The good news food was actually good. The bad news is that the dining area was messy. Straw wrappers on the floor and the soda fountain area was messy with spilled soda,lids for the drinks laying around. Thing is,we were the only ones in the place. Workers were standing around in the back talking and screwing around. Not good!!!!

Stopped in off the freeway and went inside on Sunday around 1pm. No one was at the counter for 3 minutes and when we spoke out loudly if anyone was able to take our order a young woman came by and said she would be with us in a minute. A minute went by and we left to go to cousins sub down the road. No one else was at the drive thru when we left. If I owned this place, I would be very concerned

Every time we are in there someone is cleaning, which we like! We want to eat at a clean, comfortable fast food establishment. Service is so/so. Food is hit or miss. Usually hits, but sometimes not so much. We'd eat there again.
