We visit the raceway at least once a week and every time that we are up there all the bartenders and the cooks are exceptional! I know there was a bad review for this last Monday, shame on her for blasting the person behind the bar. They came in past the time of even food being served and it was a music bingo night. Drinks would only be served then

Me and my friend have been here many times, we are regulars. We just came in on a quiet monday night to enjoy their jalapeno poppers as they are our favorite menu item, and as soon as we walked in, we got kicked out for not having ID’s. It’s not even a “Bar” it is a BAR AND GRILL. No laws state you need to be 21 to enjoy the food, and no policies are listed! I would understand if it was the first time of us going, but we have been here so many times, at least once a week. The woman who kicked us out was a short middle-aged fake-blonde girl with glasses. Maybe she was new since we have never seen her, but all I wanted was to decompress at my favorite restaurant. Raceway, please train your staff on the Wisconsin law!

I was visiting here and witnessed a regular physically assault another customer over a comment that the bartender said to this regular. Afterwards the bartenders proceeded to tell the customers that they were the problem and kicked them out right after this “regular” said to “meet me in the parking lot”. They asked if they could stay in the bar and wait for the guys to leave and the bartenders said no and to leave immediately.

Didn't get to eat. Got there and sat at the bar being ignored for 15 minutes. Just when the young(ish) blonde waitress/bartender started coming she stopped to help a lady that had walked up to the bar not 5 seconds earlier. Terrible, terrible service unless (it seemed) you were a regular. Went to Nite Owls instead and were greeted immediately and asked for our drink orders within minutes. NEVER GOING BACK AND WILL WARN OTHERS ABOUT THE SERVICE.

What happened to this place, the last 2 times I went to the Raceway, I left very disappointed. I won't go in to all of the issues we had this summer when we went for a fish fry with our friends, the service was terrible, but I thought I would give them another chance so after work I ordered 1 small and 1 large pizza to go and I got home and we couldnt even eat it, there was very little sauce on both pizzas they were so dry I had to peel back the toppings and put my own sauce on it to eat it and for almost $60.00 for a large and small pizza the least you could do is put some sauce on them. I will not be returning!

Im sure the service is decent inside the bar, but if you're calling ahead for a pick-up order, dont rely on anyone to pick up the phone.
Had the best burger! Perfectly prepared exactly the way I asked for! Highly recommend the Mustang!!

1st timer there. Was there earlier tonight (Mon 6/9/25). got to go food and had some drinks while waiting. solo bartender and solo cook got slammed with a retirement get together (I think), plus a good crowd for a Monday I'm guessing. she did great! kitchen as well. food was great. plentiful and great tasting. nice job!

Bald bartender charged my debit card $20 for a high life and twisted tea. I called when i got home and suddenly he can’t find my charge in the system and told me to call back later and hung up on me!!
