Mike is great and followed my actual instructions. I'm very picky with sauce and it was great to have my light sauce instruction followed, which up until now has not happened at many Subways I've been to. He was friendly, and the other girl on shift was also incredibly attentive. The store was clean and well stocked. I'm impressed for a Subway.

Bread is day old. Maybe the way they heat it up it makes it hard and chewy. But this bread was not fresh nor was it toasted. More like microwaved. We went here because the one in Jackson isn’t the best. When I called, the manager, she said she will gladly remake it “with the same bread that’s in the case” like okay. You can’t see when you heated it that it was hard and had a stale appearance to it? It seemed like the bread was put in the cooler the day before and then put in a oven to thaw it. Then when you heated it again when the guests order it gets hard. Also, bacon wasn’t crispy it was literally taken out of precooked package and put on the sandwich line.

The subs were gross because the lettuce was bright pink, both sections, and the bread was old. But the main problem was we got drinks and when we were filling them, we smelled something rancid and thought it was the garbage. When we left we were feeling sick so we opened our drink lids, and the rancid smell was coming from our root beer. I tried to contact them via the “contact us” on the website and I never received a response. However I got a robot email saying my issue was resolved but no one reached out to me. Very odd. Hopefully they actually did fix the issue.

Abby was amazing this morning when we came in with a large order! It was our second great experience with her. She's always pleasant & patient. We live in Jackson & drive to Slinger just because we like it better than the Subway in Jackson.

Food was good. I’m just making this review for the reason of cleanliness. I saw the employee behind the counter put on gloves but once put the sandwich in toaster oven she went into the back. When she came back she had gloves on and the same ones she was wearing before walking in the back.

Didn’t catch her name but the lady that made my food was super personable and my sub is delicious!
One person working & he complained that no one else wants to work, playing explicit music. Asked if we really want to eat there because the bread is moldy, bread racks are filthy, black gunk in the ice machine, rotten meat. He said the same thing to every customer after us. I thought it was a joke, but believe me, it wasn’t. The strangest experience ever!!!

The place was absolutely filthy. I almost didn't even want to eat after seeing prep bar. Also the soda machine was flat and they just shrugged.
