Highest quality food that tastes like fine dining but as if mom would have made it, because a mother is the cook and her daughter the server. A humble hidden diner with beautiful native decor boasts the freshest food with expertly executed cooking techniques. Chicken dumpling soup for the soul, burgers cooked to perfection, cornmeal breaded fresh mushrooms, the crispiest well seasoned hash browns I've only ever had here, fished seasoned and baked perfectly. It is truly the Hideaway as u will be lucky if u can find it as Google doesn't even appear to understand how to get there, but seek and ye shall find!! God bless, and thank u for the best meal I have had of my very favorite foods I have ever had. Definitely will return - especially for the hilarious banter from the server- not afraid to say what is on her mind! Impeccable service

The food and service was really good but it felt like you were walking into someone's grandma's basement uninvited. The actual place gave off weird vibes but the food was perfect.

Wonderful morning for breakfast on a slow day. My waitress Lea way super nice and a lot of fun to talk to. Will definitely be back!

Our service was great and the food was very tasty. Our skillet was HUGE with lots of fresh mushrooms and loads of ham. Eggs Benedict was perfect. Good Hollandaise sauce and lots of ham also. I like their version of hashbrowns. Crispy on the outside and not dried out. Coffee was above average. A little tough to find with all of the other businesses in the strip mall (maybe some better roadside signage?) but worth the trip.

I usually stop around the corner and drop almost $14 for a sandwich meal. Wanting breakfast, I stopped in here and spent less than $7 for 3 eggs, (done perfectly) toast and crispy hashbrowns. I loved hearing (because I asked) that the woman owner was the cook and my server was her daughter. Atmosphere is three star due to the place needing a refresh.
I can't see myself doing the sandwich thing again. I'll be back.

The hideaway it should really be Hidden away.... Coffee look like Black mud.. Stirred my coffee lick the spoon and almost threw up.Jelly on the table was gelled and solid..... Orange juice smelled Like it was Formatted and old. Cream of wheat was even lumpy. All I could think of is restaurant rescue. Or kitchen nightmares. They sure pushed the fruit cups a lot. We were the only people in the the restaurant ... That was the point I got worried. Started checking reviews and didn't find very many good ones. Wasn't very clean Looked Disorganized.Waitress was okay, kinda dry personality?I don't Normally write reviews, but this 1 needed 1.

Always a pleasant experience. Leah, one of the servers, is fast, efficient, and very attentive and friendly. Kelly, the owner, makes the best omelets and potato pancakes! This is a small, family owned breakfast diner. They are closed Mondays and Tuesdays, open 8 am - 2 pm Wednesday through Sunday.
