“We had the brisket, cheeseburger, fries and spicy curds for lunch. The curds were lightly battered and perfectly cooked. Brisket was great and burger was very good and cooked as requested. Fries weren’t too salty and were the lightly battered kind. Jose was a friendly and helpful bartender chef and nice to talk to while seated at the bar. We’re not from the area and are always looking for a new bar or diner to try on our travels from northern Illinois to northern Wisconsin. Definitely going back and looking forward to trying the fish fry!”

I called from SC to purchase a gift card for Father’s Day for my dad to pick up and the woman who answered was so polite; she was working alone and promised to call back after serving her long line. My dad loves his ice cream and frequents this place often! Sure enough, she called 30 minutes later and took care of my purchase with kindness and professionalism.
