Have never had such mindless service ever. Could not tell us what the pricing was on the specials 15 ft away on the board, and would not look. Could hardly get another beverage without saying hey. Gave us our bills and said, see if they are correct, of course they weren't. We were one of the first folks at dinner, almost empty. As good as the food was, not going back.

The food wasn’t good at all tasted under cooked, when I was eating I saw the dishes where dirty on the bottom, the bathrooms are dirty as well they need to clean them more and the customer service was the worst part I had a lady that was serving me and my family she was disrespectful barely said anything, when I was walking up by the front I heard a group of workers saying horrible things about customers, do not recommend going here.

Took our son there for his birthday dinner. my son and I both ordered the prime rib and asked for med rare. It was so over cooked you could barely cut it with a knife. It also tasted like it was 2 weeks old.

Very glad we stopped in and we'll be back! I had the prime rib sandwich and baked beans, hubby had the pickled piglet porker fries and chili, everything was delicious! Service was excellent!

Such tasty food!!! Visually fun! Bathrooms clean and smell good (apples)! Bloody Mary is tasty!! Fun place and unique rememberably scrumptious food! :)
I do not right reviews, however I am for our meal on 10-11 23. The food was very good and even though the place was very busy the service was good with no delays with drinks and food. The place was very cold, even the bartender was wearing a hooded jacket, as well all the other customers wear wearing jackets. We will return when the weather permits a table outside.

Wow!!! Super impressed with this place! The food was all fantastic. I had the queen cut of prime rib. It was tender, flavourful and done perfect. The horseradish sauce was spot on. Probably the best loaded mashed potatoes I've ever had. There were so many things I want to try on the menu...will definitely be back. I had a brandy old fashioned and it was done great, muddled :).

On our way to Eau Claire, WI and traveling through Solon Springs, we saw a small sign for Hog Wild BBQ. It is off Hwy 53S and we couldn't believe how many times we have passed this restaurant and never saw it. We were greeted by the owner who is as personable as all get out. The food is amazing. I got the Hog Wild sandwich and my hubby got the Hog Guzzler sandwich. We shared as 1 was smoked brisket and the other was smoked pulled pork. Delicious! On the table was 2 sauces, Spicy & Sweet and Honey Bourbon. Both so yummy but favorite was Honey Bourbon. It took the sandwich to the next level. The decor of the restaurant fit the name to a T... great ambiance! As we were traveling, we did not want to partake in any of the alcoholic beverages, but if we were staying in the area, we certainly would've ordered a couple drinks as there was lots of good options We will definitely be back the next time we are passing through Solon Springs.

I'm visiting from California and staying with my brother and sister in law in Superior, Wisconsin. While hanging out and running around with them we went to this place. Delicious! The meats were smoked, juicy and tender. The brisket was my favorite. The food was not slathered with bbq sauce. It was so tasty. Portions are huge. I had a MAC attack with brisket and it was fantastic. My brother got a Friday night special seafood platter. He loved it. Hubby got a huge platter of 4 different meats. Sister got a Cajun shrimp bowl. All great. Took a lot home. Great beans and cornbread too. Full bar. Love that. And finally our server was a sweetheart. The gal who met us at the door was super. Everyone was friendly and helpful! We visit once a year so we'll be back!
