This is a fantastic Jersey Mike's location. The staff are very proactive in taking care of you and updating you on mobile or larger orders. The staff were very prompt, professional and made our sandwiches just as we ordered them with no issues. The store is very clean and is a very conveniently located. Will definitely return to this location when in the area.

I ordered on the app 16min before arriving. As I arrived EXACTLY at the quoted pick up time...I entered and was told by the employee, who took time to wrap up his side conversation with his co worker, that he would now START my order. Whats the point of pre ordering and paying?? Then I watched him literally rush through my sandwich to the point where when I got it, the cheese in my philly was still whole slices as it hadnt even been given time to melt into the philly. Also, I paid an extra $2+ for bacon which he forgot in his rush as well. Meanwhile, the restaurant was empty, the counters were a mess, and they had zero other pick up orders on the shelf. So even in trying to understand if they were busy or short staffed, I couldnt see signs of anything other then...carelessness. I already feel ridiculous paying almost $20 for a 6in sandwich and a bag of chips. Let alone w this service, I cant justify visiting JM anymore.

Wasn't greeted upon entering the employees wasn't pleasant they sounded like they didn't want to be there. The front line was filthy bread crumbs and lettuce all over the place the restaurant wasn't even busy when I walked in, on down time you would think the employees would at least clean and make the line look appealing, overall everyone who worked there acted like they didn't want to be there. The sandwhich was ok I had better, I don't think I'll be back to this location, I had better. This location need to work on customer service skills.

Terrible staff. All in a rush to get you out of there and not friendly. Did not hear me ask for gluten free bread & when I went to pay, I asked which sandwich was gluten free, they threw a fit at me and made it my fault (they gave me rosemary bread instead of gluten free). Then asked if it was a medical issue or a preference. I have celiac and why would it matter. They just did not want to make me a new sandwich.

Jersey Mikes food is always great. I have been to a few different stores and this one was by far the worst when it comes to customer service. The manager was extremely short with everyone that walked in the door. Didn’t greet anyone just “what would you like”. Two new to Mikes customers came in and she was extremely impatient with them. Will never go back to this store again!

A decent sub/sandwich shop. Good sandwiches but they are a little pricey. But everyone is these days so they are right on par with any other sub shop. But in my opinion they are a little better than most.Parking: Parking can be tricky due to the business shares a parking lot with multiple businesses and one of which is a Starbucks

Jersey Mike's is delicious! If you've grown accustomed to other sandwich shops and are looking for something that tastes different and engaging, Jersey Mike's is a great way to try something new.

There is a thin black woman with long multi colored nails, and she never wears gloves or a head covering, and she is not pleasant person. This location needs to clean up its act. Get some management in there who knows what management is. I will never go back to that location.

Subs are huge if you get the biggest one. Not small called large like some other places. Just finished up my classic Italian and it was fantastic.Vegetarian options: They have a mushroom Swiss and a provolone, tomato and pepper.

The whole reason for ordering online, is not to have to be there for any amount of time. I came in to pick up my online order (a 64 with extra mushrooms and a 66), and the pickup shelf was empty. There was a huge line so I figured maybe they were behind like they had been the other 2 times we ate here. So I sat there for 10 minutes waiting for my bag to show up. Someone else went straight to the counter to get theirs so I followed suit. Maybe some new signage or something because the current signage is absolete. Food was cold, and I didn't get the extra mushrooms. It's already a hassle to get there thru construction and the Walmart crowd then find a parking spot (maybe) in the vicinity. But to sit there in a dirty eating area and watch the little girl behind the counter literally grab her coworkers butt while my order is just sitting there? Not interested.
