This was the most unprofessional experience ever. It took almost 15 minutes to get my order in and serve and I was the only customer in the store while there were 5 employees. They were just talking amongst themselves while I was just standing there waiting including the one that seem to be the supervisor. This happened on August 25 at around 1pm. Will never again stop at this store…

We used this location for our student event (Nurse's Christian Fellowship) scrub drive! The students loved all the flavors and Toshya was fantastic to work with! She even provided us with a laminated menu detailing the ingredients! Overal great experience! Would defintely use them again for events!

smh lately I’ve been wasting my time coming here… my order always messed up
I was very pleased with the staff which was mostly very young, and, African American. These young folks were very attentive and polite. The suggestions that were put forth, because this was my first time here, were excellent. The smoothies were excellent, they knocked tropical smoothie off the top of the mountain. In addition, the smoothies here were not mostly ice! And, they were much larger than the other smoothie chains. I like the fact that they use a styrofoam cup, it keeps the smoothie from melting prematurely, and keeps it cool and refreshing. These massive smoothies are exactly the same 2 hours later, and you can actually drink it through a straw which cannot be said for some of the other locations and establishments not related to smoothie King. What a great thing to get on a hot summer day. It really kills the hunger pangs, and sucks the heat right out of you. I recommended highly!
I also have to mention the cleanliness of the establishment. The entire facility was spotless, including the bathrooms! I was very impressed.....

So delicious 10/10 the staff were so nice and greeted me when I came through the door beautiful hospitality service was quick everything fresh and made to order my new favorite spot I won’t go anywhere else for a smoothie made me all happy inside lol especially me being pregnant with gestational diabetes I had many great options to choose from I got the Berry Keto Champ☺️🫶🏽
