Just wanted to say… if you’re a manager or owner, being kind to delivery drivers matters. They could easily be future customers. Honestly, real customer service is how you treat everyone, not just the people spending money at that moment. It says a lot about your business.

Toshya and Marlo are the pinnacle of excellent service. They are consistent with their greetings, take personal interest, and always go out of their way to make me feel welcome regardless of how swamped they are in the moment. Coming from the service industry, it is not easy to always put a smile on, yet they both do it 100% of the time. This was the most unprofessional experience ever. It took almost 15 minutes to get my order in and serve and I was the only customer in the store while there were 5 employees. They were just talking amongst themselves while I was just standing there waiting including the one that seem to be the supervisor. This happened on August 25 at around 1pm. Will never again stop at this store…
