The reason for these scores is because we went in for lunch. November 10th it was 30 degrees outside and they had the door open; it was freezing in there. When asked why I was told it was warm in the morning so they opened the damn door. Now don’t you think they would have shut the door NO! Everyone was freezing in there! Very poor of the staff! I’m glad they have more Dairy Queen’s around. It ma be a long time I ever go back there. Miserable lunch.

What I like the most about this establishment was the quick service. Unfortunately I was not impressed with the lack of strawberries on the banana split.

The food was mid and the service was excellent but the atmosphere was very smelly and musty and HOT. I asked one of the employees about the temperature and they said the owner doesn’t let them use the AC?!?!?!?! There is visible beads of sweat on all the employees and it’s hotter in here than it is outside when it’s 90 degrees out.

Stopped making burgers before they closed

Door dasher-currently waiting over 30 minutes for my 2 orders and it my 2nd hasn’t even been started. Unacceptable

Haven’t had one good experience here. I’ve been a handful of times and there’s always something up. Here was todays issue lol

We got our food and my one friend ordered his food before the rest of us and didn't get his food until we were finished with ours and ready to leave probably 25 minutes after us

Just went thru the drive thru and ordered a 6 piece chicken tender basket. Made it all the way home to see I received a 4 piece basket.

I’m so tired of having our orders messed up. I’m about to just be done with this restaurant. Charging me more money for continually messed up orders sucks.

I went to this DQ last night through the drive-thru. We got our ice cream out very fast. But then we waited for almost 10 minutes for our food. We were then told to pull forward. Then we waited for another ten minutes, meanwhile folks behind us were getting their food out and leaving. I finally parked the car and went inside. I was told our order was given to someone else and they needed to re-make the food. This seemed like a bullshit excuse. The workers seems a bit annoyed with having to re-make our food when it was probably forgotten to begin with.

After finally receiving our meal, we left with a little apology. No refund or discount or coupon or anything provided.

Super disappointed as this is one of Somerset’s only fast food places. Bad experience.

OH- And they gave us the wrong hamburger. They gave us a spicy one that we couldn’t even eat. Wtf.

The ice cream and treats are always good, but the burgers and other food are mediocre at best.
