I placed a mobile order today for 3 chocolate glazed donuts. After receiving my order and pulling off, I realized they gave my daughter the wrong flavor. I circle back around and let the employee know who was more than happy to switch it out, however the issue came when he asked if we touched the donuts. This left me feeling like he was going to reuse the donuts. I told him my daughter bit off one and handed the bag back. I REALLY hope those donuts aren't reused.

Wouldn't let me use the bathroom, but allowed someone else to. It was rude and I was very confused as to why I couldn't use the bathroom but someone else could.

Unfortunately they can't make a grill cheese properly. Very disappointed when I ask the service to please brown the sandwich and they refuse. I will never come back.

Not very nice I went there today and asked for a signature latte and I wanted to get a free drink for my 700 points in the app and I said hi can I please have this caramel signature latte and they wouldn't let me redeem my points, but I scanned and they wouldn't get my points back yet, so I cancel an order you got something else they are not very nice I would not recommend going here or go to a different one.

Although it’s sometimes hot in there, I very much appreciate the workers that work at this location. They’re always moving as fast as they can and very understanding. Many times I’ve witnessed rude customers and they handle them very well. Please be patient with them some of them are too young to take your attitudes.Kid-friendliness: They are very patient with kids when they need help figuring out donuts and what they want.

I went in and ordered a smoothie which was fine I also ordered a banana split which consisted of a banana 3 large scoops of ice cream with basically no toppings at all. Since when does a banana split have like no toppings. I would not recommend. Also the spoon was big enough to feed a toddler.
