I frequent kfc because they are close to my home, after years of poor service, kfc finally got it right by hiring a lady names Ashley., since she has been in charge the restaurant is finally clean and efficient. She is professional, kind and listens, which you do not get nowadays. She is cool under pressure and has a professional appearance. Companies need to hire her to come in and clean up the bad crews. She makes sure you get the freshest of ingredients and sometimes there is a wait? But I would rather have that than bad food, thanks Ashley for making the store a place I would frequent again.

It was nice and quiet. Only two people working. Need to higher higher more people. Iṣthe food is in demand. And the chicken is torrible. They need to retrained the cooks. That why this place os dead. 😩🤮🤮🤢🤢

My service at most KFC's is atrocious, but this one has been especially bad, even for mobile orders. My mobile orders take twice or three times as long as I'm told they will take. The staff is extremely slow.

I ordered a twelve piece bucket of chicken. You are supposed to receive 3 breaths. Three thighs, three legs in three wings. My bucket had three breasts, one thigh and six wings. And I hate wings and don't eat them. I throw them away.So I ended up paying thirty four dollars for 4 pieces of chicken.

Poor back to back experience. I made an order last week 30 min in advance. On arrival, they told me it needs another 10 mins for tenders, I had to cancel, as i'd be late for work. They assured me it'd be automatically be refunded, and it didn't.

I made another order today, upon arrival they told me they cancelled my order bc tenders were out.

Both times the apps said order was ready for pickup and billed me for non existent order.

As of time of writing, 15 mins on call with customer service waiting for a refund.

Great service. I ordered in the drive thru, there was only 1 car on line, and I ordered right away, and I got my food in less than 5 minutes. Great service and great food thanks.

Ordered delivery at 5:35PM,driver was there to pick up order at 6:13PM,waited till 6:45 then must have left because tracker said new driver was there at 6:55 to pick up order.All of a sudden order was canceled at 7:12PM. Waited over an hour and a half and didn't get food. I'm diabetic and timing is critical to eat and take my medication,at least they could have called and said I'm sorry but we're out of time.

I ordered a 2pc. combo ……I thought the customer can choose white or dark meat and either would be included in the price……welll at this kfc it’s extra for white meat …..my lemonade was water and and when I called to let them know ……A replacement was not offered ……the lady’s response was aww okay……what in the ghetto hell is going down 👀

I went there, and the black female was so rude to me did not understand that I did not know how to read or understand her with all the noise in the background. She got my order wrong and I went back inside to get my money back and she said we don’t do a refund. I reported this to the Better Business Bureau. I also reported it to the owner and CEO of companies I open a claim and also I file a complaint against the employee. and I live in Oke Creek I would not recommend no one bringing their family here inside or through the drive-through

Absolute shit of customer service. Stood in line for 30 minutes. Got a whole meal wrong and then gave attitude when I went back in to get it fixed. Cold and dry chicken, no butter for the biscuits (guess they don't carry it anymore), and the fries were burnt. Do not recommend this location at all.
