This specific location is literally the worst KFC I’ve ever seen. I’ve been traveling the country for 20 years and I’ve been to multiple KFC’s and multiple different states, And this is legitimately the worst one. No exaggeration whatsoever the last five times I’ve been there they told me they’re out of chicken. Like what? you’re out of the only product you sell!? That’s crazy. Honestly, I don’t think they’re out of chicken. They just have terrible employees who don’t want to cook anymore.. To the owners, please do everyone in the city of South Milwaukee and Cudahy a favor and close your restaurant down please. Y’all seriously have no clue how to run a successful restaurant. What horrible customer service, I was greeted with such rudeness. They shut everything down and stop cooking food an hour before close. I can see why the google rating is at 2.7. I hope they find a new supervisor soon. Because the young girl that was there today, IS A HUGE PROBLEM!!!

This location has many issues especially staff i live in south milwaukee so I try to order from this location every time I have tried to order there either out of something the young girl that works there is extremely rude or it takes very long for food I dont understand how this location is open when they stop making food at 5 and doesn't close til 9 I pulled up today at 6 asked to order a 12 peice was told in a rude tone we only have a 8 peice for the rest of the night if you close at 9 how can you stop serving the main item on your menu 3 hours before close . This location and the one on layton ave across from airport are very bad locations

Terrible drive through experience. Had to come in store after placing order because girl and manager in drive thru were awful. I do want to state Lewis and the other guy in kitchen were good. Called corporate because other customers don’t. Their behavior is not acceptable.

I had a Mobile Order. Wings Combo with wedges.. and a Drum stick from my REWARDS.. So they had No wedges and No Drum sticks Apparently they ran out. OK. We'll I asked for a mashed potatoes with gravy.. They for got the gravy and No napkins. I guess I Loss my REWARD because they ran out of chicken 🤦♂️ No to mention the WINGS were COLD and crew members had a hole attitude. Won't be hear again..!.!..... Don't come Late they will Not have CHICKEN 🐣🐔
Should have gotten the ex-crispy regular chix , not the tenders they have changed but ok. They gave me the wrong fries. Asked for tader wedges. Everything was good. Can't believe the biscuit wasn't hard as a hockey puck. Warm and moist. Bingo lots of coin for that. 5 out of ten. Would go back.

Cashier Angie !!! Was super rude she had a bad attitude problem smart mouth need more training!!!! The bbq wings gross old as hell blk lady put them in the microwave wow no potato wedges this kfc lights on the outside is always out dark as hell not safe atmosphere no good !!!!!

I went to this KFC, I thought it was just me so I came home to read the reviews, because I couldn't believe that I was the only one getting awful service, today they couldn't take cash, they're not pleasant. The lady at the window is not a pleasant person. She says pull around tells you your amount. I didn't hear not one. Thank you. I did not hear. Not one come again. In fact, I think I even missed the smile...... Everyone should not work in customer service and this is one of those places...

They didnt have any sides such as fries or wedges. The employee was extremely rude, it was the worst customer experience ever. I would definitely never go back to this specific location. In my opinion it's extremely unorganized, and mis managed if they are running out of food and allowing employees like her to deal with customers.
