Poor back to back experience. I made an order last week 30 min in advance. On arrival, they told me it needs another 10 mins for tenders, I had to cancel, as i'd be late for work. They assured me it'd be automatically be refunded, and it didn't.

I made another order today, upon arrival they told me they cancelled my order bc tenders were out.

Both times the apps said order was ready for pickup and billed me for non existent order.

As of time of writing, 15 mins on call with customer service waiting for a refund.

Great service. I ordered in the drive thru, there was only 1 car on line, and I ordered right away, and I got my food in less than 5 minutes. Great service and great food thanks.

Ordered delivery at 5:35PM,driver was there to pick up order at 6:13PM,waited till 6:45 then must have left because tracker said new driver was there at 6:55 to pick up order.All of a sudden order was canceled at 7:12PM. Waited over an hour and a half and didn't get food. I'm diabetic and timing is critical to eat and take my medication,at least they could have called and said I'm sorry but we're out of time.

I ordered a 2pc. combo ……I thought the customer can choose white or dark meat and either would be included in the price……welll at this kfc it’s extra for white meat …..my lemonade was water and and when I called to let them know ……A replacement was not offered ……the lady’s response was aww okay……what in the ghetto hell is going down 👀

I went there, and the black female was so rude to me did not understand that I did not know how to read or understand her with all the noise in the background. She got my order wrong and I went back inside to get my money back and she said we don’t do a refund. I reported this to the Better Business Bureau. I also reported it to the owner and CEO of companies I open a claim and also I file a complaint against the employee. and I live in Oke Creek I would not recommend no one bringing their family here inside or through the drive-through

Absolute shit of customer service. Stood in line for 30 minutes. Got a whole meal wrong and then gave attitude when I went back in to get it fixed. Cold and dry chicken, no butter for the biscuits (guess they don't carry it anymore), and the fries were burnt. Do not recommend this location at all.

Placed a to go order only to arrive and be told if I wanted the items in my order it would be an additional 25 minutes. The manager on duty was extremely rude and while I waited for my food I watched as two people came and went without food because the manager said they were out of food for the night. And two DoorDash/Grubhub etc drivers come to pick up food only to be told they didn’t have what the customer ordered available and told them to go ask the customer if they wanted something else. Mind you this was an hour before the dining room closed and two hours before mobile orders closed. She offered me nothing in compensation for my extra 25 minute wait and actually was having the employees clean the warmers/fryers etc. in the mean time the rest of my order sat in a bag getting cold and soggy. I’ve been to this KFC in the past and the manager during the day is always more than accommodating even if there’s going to be a slight wait for something. Note the other employees were being very kind and trying to be as helpful as possible.

I ordered online for 5 pm pickup. I arrived at 510pm and they hadn't even started the order..
Finally, it was done at 525pm. The order was correct. Cherry dessert bites are good!

Terrible service. When I arrived the drive-thru was closed; which is fine, but no signage indicated it was closed. I went inside the lobby to order (ordering went fine). While waiting for my order I could hear the two female employees bitching about how many hours they worked. I then received my order and went back to my car and realized they forgot the dipping sauce. As I reentered the store I saw the customer that was ahead of me at the front counter waiting and then saw one of the employees leaving out the front entrance (walked right passed me) with a pack of Newport's. I waited at the counter for the second employee to notice me and the other customer, but we were blatantly ignored for about 2 minutes. I then had to yell multiple times to get this ladies attention which finally worked and I left the store after getting the sauce. Food was as expected, but it gives me pause to think these same careless employees are in charge of preparing the food.
