South Milwaukee location: Lousy business practices, failure to follow business hours, canceled orders, multi-hour wait times. I’m convinced the owners need to lose their franchise immediately. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.
i went to little caesers to buy a pizza inside of the lobby they guy behind the counter was completely rude not trying to take my order n told just to buy it online when no one behond the counter or the back was working at all which really upset me i even called the corporate and havent gotten back to me yet totally unprofessional service and attitude dont go to this place EVER!!!
This location has a habitual problem of not being open when it clearly states its open yet they leave they’re online mobile portal open take’s your money then a few hours goes by then they notify your order has been cancelled and takes up to two weeks to get your money back this has been happening repeatedly the past few years with this location in South Milwaukee, when nobody is even working i contacted corporate they said there aware of their locations being under staffed...read full review

Orders are prepared as expected and sometimes include surprises like an extra pizza. The morning crew is especially helpful, often getting orders ready before opening, which is appreciated by customers with children, including those with autism who prefer Little Caesars. Chris, a team member, is known for being helpful, patient, and friendly, providing great service and making customers feel welcome. While the restaurant sometimes needs to improve its speed of service, it strives to make things right when errors occur. The restaurant is not easily accessible for wheelchair users, which can be inconvenient for some customers.
