Every time I’ve placed an order it’s never ready when I arrive. Terrible customer service, even by managers. No apologies or anything. Absolutely terrible.

Pizza was meh but the crazy bread was on point!

I pick up door dashes here only. when you walk in and ha e to grab sauces the racks that they are in are super dirty. kinda makes you wonder what the back looks like.

This location is horrible I always order a head and every time I still have to wait 30+ minutes

Ordered by phone DETROIT STYLE pizza with sausage and pepperoni
which on their website is a rectangular pizza because that's how a DETROIT STYLE PIZZA should be made! When we got home, it was just a round pizza, one of which was barely done. First and last time ordering from this place

Placed a preorder for Thursday and as soon as I hung up the phone I received a notification that the order was on its way to me 😫. They don't answer the phone in the store. Everything is done online or through a customer service center.
Horrible service and I will not visit again.

FYI, putting salt on a regular stuffed crust pizza doesn't magically turn it into a pretzel stuffed crust pizza.

Terrible service, i schedule a pizza for pickup 2 hours before i when for it, and after i when for the pizza i had to wait 48 minutes.

And they only send an email apologizing, for dont have ready my pizza.

This is the SECOND TIME we've ordered from them, paid in advance with Door Dash and the driver gets there and they were closed! We ordered it around 8:00 pm, before the store was closed. The first time was even earlier we ordered for a kids birthday party. How disappointing!
First time I should've learned because I never got my $75 back. Where'd it go? Luckily Door Dash canceled and and refunded us the money. Whats going on with the staff there? We will never ever go here again!

They stole my money. I never received my order. I placed an order through the app and it said it would be ready at 6:35, lies, I was there until 7:45 and they never give me my order. I tried to cancel the order and I couldn't do it, it's the worst place of this franchise in the entire state of Wisconsin.

There is always new people working there. The last time I went they were all Spanish-speaking so they couldn't understand what I was telling them. Prior to that the service was really poor and the store is really slow

Just went there on Saturday to pick up a order that my daughter placed 2 days before and stood in the lobby for 20 minutes before anybody even acknowledge that I was there while one employee was hiding in the corner laughing on her phone and then when they did I told him I was here to pick up an order that I placed 2 days ago for a pickup at 4:00 and they said oh we didn't even put it in yet so half an hour later they rushed to get my pizza done then when I got all the way back to my party more than half of them were crispy and burnt try to call him I was on the phone for like 45 minutes and no one ever picked up I will never go to that place again that is not customer service and then you call the corporate office and they don't really care cuz nobody helps you there
