Must try!!😁 Fast & friendly service & my order was packaged neatly and I received napkins!!

This 5 star review may seem inflated, but I don't get how this location has .2 less stars than the TERRIBLE Holt location in Bay View.

Every time I order from this place, my order is ready in the time specified and is in the pizza portal locker with the correct items. Every time. Meanwhile, the supposedly higher rated Holt location not only undercooks and gets the order wrong, you will never be able to confirm whether or not your pizza will be ready until you step into the lobby and the workers there feel like filling your order.

All complaints about this location seem minor so I want to give them a shout out for being good enough to make me drive 10+ minutes further from my closer location because they actually do their job!

UNRELIABLE. They will not accommodate and need exact change.

Ordered online a customized stuffed crust with half pepperoni and the other half pineapple with green peppers. They forgot the green peppers and put everything on one side. I don’t know what’s been going on with this location lately but they have not been doing their job correctly at all.

Who cares what people say, Little Caesars is good. As for this particular location, no notes, par for the course, they're all basically like this and that's what I'm looking for in a well-priced domestic pizza experience.

Every time I’ve placed an order it’s never ready when I arrive. Terrible customer service, even by managers. No apologies or anything. Absolutely terrible.

I pick up door dashes here only. when you walk in and ha e to grab sauces the racks that they are in are super dirty. kinda makes you wonder what the back looks like.

This location is horrible I always order a head and every time I still have to wait 30+ minutes

Ordered by phone DETROIT STYLE pizza with sausage and pepperoni
which on their website is a rectangular pizza because that's how a DETROIT STYLE PIZZA should be made! When we got home, it was just a round pizza, one of which was barely done. First and last time ordering from this place

Placed a preorder for Thursday and as soon as I hung up the phone I received a notification that the order was on its way to me 😫. They don't answer the phone in the store. Everything is done online or through a customer service center.
Horrible service and I will not visit again.
