The pizza is always good, when you can get it. My tip is to always add 10-15 minutes to the order time when doing online. In my last 4 trips, it has taken over 45mins for my pie.

The morning crew is amazing. I have children with autism and they won’t eat pizza from anywhere else but little Caesars. I placed an order before they opened and she got the order ready for me. By the time they opened without a hiccup.

This place needs to be closed. The city sold come do a random inspection. The staff are even worse.

Chris was so helpful when I walked in. Couldn’t decide what to get and he said he really liked the pepperoni deep dish. I ordered that and it was pretty good! He was nice and patient. He’s a great member of your team and only wish him good vibes!

Please consider giving him a fair review and raise due to his personality! Nice service.

Garbage. Ordered at 6:17, didnt get my order in the oven till I arrived. Got my order at 6:50. Skimped me on the sauce (as shown in photo). What a disgrace those workers are.

They need about 2 more employees and one more oven. Ordered a single pepperoni pizza at 4pm for pick up at 5. Came in, they didn’t even start my order. Was told 10 minutes. Then another 10. Then another 5, they were just putting it in the oven. Then as I went up to ask about it, they quickly had to grab a different box to put the pizza they had out in, as it was going to go to another batch order placed after mine. 90 minutes later I am finally waking out with a pizza. Honestly, will never go here again. This has happened twice now before this. Employees were nice, they just need that extra oven and 2 more employees.

Placed an online order for a simple order of crazy bread and cheese bread, showed up past the estimated time to a lobby full of other people waiting and was told it wasn't ready yet. Orders kept being piled up on their prep table but not a one was put into the pizza portal for anyone waiting. After waiting for an hour with literally a dozen other people wondering where their orders were, people there from doordash trying to use their codes on the pizza portal but the employees could not be bothered to update it for anyone to use their codes to pull their orders out requiring them to wait on the frequently missing staff. The same employee asked what my name was and searched around to find they had tucked it away elsewhere a while ago and had been done since I got there, I could feel the lack of warmth on my now overdue order soon as it was handed to me but did not wish to complain or ask for a remake as I doubt I'd even have gotten it within the next hour.

Absolute failure of a location, I see people in reviews had the same experience as I did. I question where any form of oversight and leadership is for this location as the failure lies there, you've got employees that clearly have no idea what they're doing, nobody tending to the front unless a guy starts yelling about where his order is.

Is this the experience Little Caesars wants it's customers to repeatedly have? When is the last time anyone regional or corporate came to audit or perform a quality assessment? If your employees repeatedly cannot figure out how to put a pizza box into a warmer for people to self-service and leave with their orders, and you've months of comments and reviews citing the same thing, then it is an absolute failure on the franchisee and the company as a whole for not stepping in to correct. How much did Little Caesars spend on NFL adverts again? Yet you can't be bothered to fix up one underperforming location?

Deserves zero stars. Food is great when you can get it. Ordered once online and when I arrived at the store, I learned they canceled my order without informing me because they were short-staffed. Ordered just now via Grubhub and order was delayed several times and I gave up after over 90 minutes. Driver said the place was chaotic and couldn't understand anyone there. Never again for me with this place if they can't get their act together. Order at your own risk with this dump.

I ordered online, took the money we go to pick it up and the place is closed sign on the window says open too. Did this to many many people. Very disappointed will be speaking to corporate. everytime i wait here minimum 30 min . highly not recommended 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Waited 30 minutes for a pizza that was sitting on a table. Employees did not update the system to show status of pizza for online order.

I showed up at the projected time the app told me and still waited.

2 orders handed out ahead of me..

She looked at me and then looked back at a box and asked my name and handed me a soggy box. My pizza had been sitting there for I don't know how long, .. got it home to open the box and it wasn't even cooked fully.

There were 2 employees working, young man, and young woman Both very rude.

The price of food even this cheap isn't worth the time wasted with these jokers.

We placed an online order at 6:05pm. Order was to be ready at 6:35. We went in at that time. Tracker said pizzas were in the oven. There were about 5 other people also waiting. I went to the counter to ask about our order. From there, I could see approximately 18 pizzas just sitting on the counter. Staff kept opening and closing them, reorganizing them. I finally got an employee to ask. She said all the orders were waiting on crazy bread. She then handed me 2 of the pizzas from the counter and an order of crazy bread that also had been sitting there. This was at 6:50. The food was cold. I had to go home and reheat it. Last time I checked you served “Hot and Ready” pizzas. Extremely disappointed!! One more thing, we finally got an email saying our order was ready at 7:20pm ??‍♀️
