I just visited this location. We had a large order. Three large fries, two double cheeseburgers (no pickle) and 40 nuggets. Drove home and found out we only got half our nuggets. I tried calling the location several times without luck so we ate what we did receive. I tried giving a call back and I was able to speak to a manager. She offered to send out a coupon (what good does that do when I just wanted to get the rest of our order). I asked if we could just come back and get what we were missing and she said she bagged it and she is sure that they were all in there. She said the only way she would “replace” them is if we brought back the entire order. I said that we had already eaten our meal and I said we could bring in the garbage and she said she would send a coupon out again. I have zero reason to lie over frickin chicken nuggets but it’s honestly irritating as hell that they wouldn’t correct their error. I declined the coupon because I’m not going to wait days to receive a coupon to go back to the same place and spend more money. There’s several other locations not too far from this one. Go to a different location.

This store is like two stores in one, if you go there in the morning the staff is very nice friendly, and the service is fast and accurate. If you go there in the afternoon is the complete opposite! service is very slow, most employees have a less than friend attitude and the food is not as ordered most of the time. Most time they don't even have their ice cream machine running. I live a block away from this store and if we want some McD's in the afternoon I drive 15-minutes to go to Oak Creek. Again! morning weekdays very good:) every day of the week afternoons.. NOPE!!!

It's McDonald's, what more can anyone say about it. The only remarkable thing about the visit was the store manager who sounded like Eeyore painfully barking out directions with an air of condescension in his every word to the employees who grimaced in pain when listening to the guy who was limping around on a leg brace. It was pretty pitiful.
Update 02-28-2025. Okay so now I'm addicted to Double Quarter Pounders with Cheese since after filling out the receipt surveys I can buy one get one free action, which makes a little more worth it.

I was not having a very good day because i had to shovel my sidewalk since theres a winter storm, and I thought a shamrock shake would cheer me up, perfect time since its St.Patrick season right? wrong. my shake was practically LIQUID because it was so melted, i wouldn’t even consider my shake to have whipped cream because of how little there was. overall this did NOT cheer me up and my day worse. smh 😾

Please be advise came here today to order food there was hair found in my food, went back up there to let manger know, notified the lady she was was very disrespectful had me waiting about 40 mins just for some food that was messed up on there end went in talk to a different manger the lady was respectful but the other manger tells me to get out cause I’m upset please be advise customer service here is sickening and it’s disrespectful to a person that has to drive 45 mins back to Milwaukee.. the disrespect is crazy
They act racist here. Young girl in drive thru act like she offended by my outer appearance. Going out of her way to avoid interaction with me. I've noticed this pattern multiple times at MCD establishments tonight. The employer should but require mandatory psych evaluations moving forward for positions dealing with the public. But across all industries, congress should but won't require this to be law across the land. Precisely in part why America now in its current state is grippling with a mental health crisis (GROSSLY INFLAMED BY COVID, IN PART) in my opinion.

Luckily I had to use the restroom before I ordered. I'm so glad I did because there was a younger guy employee who was using it and I noticed he did not wash his hands. He even knew I was in there and still didn't seem to care. I walked right out and didn't order because I'm not a fan of urine burgers. I really thought it was common sense for food workers to make sure they clean themselves but I guess not. I'd stay away unless you like human waste as a condiment.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. first of all the employees don’t care what you have to say and ignore you half the time whilst they are on their phones all day and second the manager permanently banned me because I left a quarter pounder box on one of the tables that I was going to go back and throw out after I was done in the bathroom.
