Their food is always rich, robust, and full of flavor. Their service quick, concise, and always nice. My favorites are their Curry Shrimp (extra spicy), and Char Gai Kew. Definitely a great place for even greater takeout!

After the latest reviews, we were a wee bit hesitant to order . We have always ordered from here even thru all the management changes. I will say our order was correct!! Delivered earlier than estimated!!! Food was solid. We ordered Chicken and snow peas with 3.00 Xtra chicken. General T's. And roast pork egg foo young and we did get da gravy. Hot n Sour Soup Xtra hot.

The food was horrible and gave me food Poisoning!!! Plus you can even sit down in the restaurant other than in two chairs by the wall. Plus they don't even understand what you're saying.You have to point to numbers on menu.

If you are reading this just know that I highly recommend you stay far far away from this place. They are nothing but a bunch of scammers and cheats with horrible food. Our family has been ordering from this restaurant on and off for about 10 years now. Distance from our house is a big factor on ordering from San Fong. The food used to be just ok. We don't have many options in South Milwaukee for Chinese food. The last couple of times we ordered, the food was so bad that we wouldn't even feed it to a stray dog. Heck maybe that is why the food tasted so bad. Was it just random stray animals that they use? Anyway the point is the food sucks. Now the last time we ordered, we did so by ordering off of their website for pick up. We selected to pay in person for pick up due to the increased amount of fraud currently online. So upon arrival we gave them our debit card. After they swiped it the lady handed me the card back and said the transaction did not go through and I must pay cash. I told them that there was plenty of money on the card and there is absolutely no reason this card would not work. After going back and forth with the most unprofessional staff I have ever come across in my whole life to date, I was just done with fighting and just wanted to get home. So I paid cash and the lady gave me my food. When I got home and checked my account, there was plenty of money and the transaction went through. So we called and informed them of the charge going through. Right away they called us liars and would not listen at all. They claim that the charge never went through and they will do nothing. After back and forth they said that they needed to talk to their manager and to contact them the next day. I asked if we showed them on our bank account that the charge went through if they would be able to refund our money. They said that the charge never went through and showing them proof would do nothing. They just kept saying no charge go through no charge go through over and over again. Even after showing them in real time that the charge went through from our bank app, they still kept yelling no charge go through. So in the end we paid double for the worst food any human could ever try to pass off as food. Do yourself and your family and friends a huge favor and avoid this place like it's the plague. They have the worst service with the crappiest food in the world. In the end we will get our money back through disputing the charges with the bank over time. That is not the point. They have now lost our business and we will make sure we help make everyone aware to stay away and eat anything else.

My wife spent $50 in food, got orange "chicken" and sesame "chicken". It was so hard, overcooked and stringy. I had to chew each piece for an hour and felt like gagging when trying to swallow. Chewing on a shoe yarn would be more enjoyable than this. Its like they drenched the old "chicken" that has been sitting there in new sauce just so they could hide how overcooked and dry it is. Haven't got food from there in so long, and definitely will not be getting it anytime soon, if not ever again. My advice to San Fong, change how you make and or prepare your food if you wanna charge people the high prices that you charge for it. I've had better chinese food from the frozen food aisle at Woodman's. ....rice was good, I guess?

My boyfriend and I ordered from here, the service was okay, but the food is a whole other situation. We ordered crab Rangoon, chicken fried rice, sweet and sour chicken and the mixed vegetables. Sadly, the sweet and sour chicken was the only thing edible out of everything we ordered. The chicken fried rice did not taste like chicken at all, we ended up throwing the entire thing away. The mixed vegetables were cooked in so much oil that you couldn’t even taste the vegetables. The crab Rangoon was okay, but the filling tasted old like they were made from the freezer or had been sitting in the freezer for a while. The sweet and sour chicken was okay. I love trying out new restaurants in the neighborhood, but we will not be going back to this one after our experience.

DELIVERY. 45 dollars in food. 5 dollar tip. Missing items. Had to take pictures and send them in order to get them to cook and deliver the missing items from order. Kept telling us to check the bottom of the bag... You can only empty the bag completely once... 30 min later, still no food, and now they have no drivers in the area and we are supposed to drive to the store to pick up the food that had been sitting there...

This establishment deserves a negative rating if it were possible. Despite clear instructions about my dietary preferences and paying extra for specific substitutions, my order was incorrect. They served pork despite my request otherwise, and when I raised the issue, they simply scooped it out and replaced it. Moreover, the service was Terrible—being denied access to the bathroom and when I asked for napkins I was given just ONE single napkin for a full meal which was unacceptable. It's regrettable to see customers treated so poorly, ensuring I won't return to this place. Mind you my total for this meal for $20 and i tipped $5 before receiving my food. You would expect some quality service after tipping an establishment.

Food is normally always good. That's why we have been customers for many years. However we had a horrible experience with the lady behind the counter making faces and remarks because we didn't tip her. We literally paid over $50 for 3 meals and some crab rangoon. On top of that we picked our food up. It wasn't delivered. That face that the lady made and her remarks is ridiculous. The cooks made the food. You did what? Handed it to me! If I don't want to tip I don't have to. Makes me not want to go back.
