They charge more than any other subway AROUND.
Food is good, but the customer service in that location is so bad. I don’t know what is it with their attitude, I have never felt so unwelcome in a subway like that. Also I felt like I was cheated on deals, they gave no deals on the footlong, nor the 6 inch meal. I hope whoever is working there be better!
Stood in line for over 25 minutes just to be told they didn’t have steak then I change my order and then we get the the veggies and they have no lettuce. Terrible service. Disappointed. Wouldn’t give discount.
I was there around 10am this morning. The young lady that helped me was awesome at her job. Very polite. She is what great customer service is about.

The new owner of this location is on the ball. She is very attentive, polite, and well spoken. If I lived in this city I would definitely frequent this location often.
Closed an hour early, and always opening late ,what’s the point of even having the store anymore. Lmfao.
Twice now I have ordered via grub hub.The food and service on Subways end was much greater than I had expected.I will be back at this location.Obviously this stores employees have great pride!

If they are out of something, they should have a sign up about it. There was two of us at 11:30 am ordering together. My partner first and they started his sandwich. I asked for Tuna and they said they were out. I thought a minute then asked for ham. They were also out. At that point it was too late to stop my partners order. So, we had to pay for it even though now we have to go to a different place to eat.If you can, go to Cousins on Layton. I have never had a poor experience there.

The atmosphere was the best part and this is in a Walmart. The menu says sliced avocados it looks like baby food ? not the lady's fault.The produce was gross and past it's prime.None of the ingredients were spread out at all.The worst though was the customer service. She clearly didn't speak English and was mumbling and grunting at us. I'm also fairly sure she over charged us, but I had to get to the airport.

Two times subway didn't include the cookie I ordered. The phone number listed apparently is not correct as nobody answers the phone.
Went there today to order some subs for my family. The lady was rude and told me there's no more of this and that. I just walked away.

Its been awhile since we went here , ordered online for pick up and asked for toasted, no tomatoes and our sandwiches look like someone was having a bad day . Also 2 were a cold cut combo, we got upgraded bologna sandwiches. Will go back to the one on Whitnall , used to like going threw this one because was closer ..
