How on earth does a fast food place sell out of regular Mountain Dew? It’s like an American staple. Yikes. Apple empanada was sold out too. Hopefully they increase the amount they get on their truck so we can order them before they go away.

First of all, they mess up orders all the time. They didn’t mess up on the contents of my order this time but while waiting 20 mins for food and someone to “cash me out” I listened to them talk crap about a customer who called in about items missing. The whole 20 mins. While customers were inside. It smells so bad in there and I ordered the nacho fries and a crunch wrap and I’m not even going to try and eat the crunch wrap. It doesn’t even close half of the contents are nonexistent. Fries were cold. Worst experience I’ve had there. This place needs to be shut down or a serious management/ employee change. They are super unsanitary, lobby doesn’t seem like it’s been wiped down in days, they put their hands down their pants and only changed their gloves cause he saw me watching him and seemed annoyed by it and then started whispering which I only assume was them talking crap again. lol. Never going back.

This has been the best Taco Bell that I have been in in quite a few Years , the service was top Notch Neil took care of us And did awesome!! employees should take pride in their work like Neil does.
Use to love coming here but it's been getting worst. I use the app to order and drive all the way over there just to be closed. 3rd time this happened. Says they are open now on Google to but nope they are closed.

I could hardly read the menu it was so dirty. They were "open" but were not taking orders at the register at 5:30pm. Not sure what is going on at this place.

I went through the drive thru on 11/02/24 order my food that was 16.67 cashier never gave me back my card. Thank God I was close went back got my card, looked at my online bank statement this morning and found another Taco bell charge for 48.00. So don't trust drive thru. Dishonesty at its finest. So whoever I paid for there lunch Your Welcome

I asked for no tomatoes on a taco and the girl that took my order couldn't handle that so she passed me off to someone else. He was super nice and then I got home and had EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA tomatoes on just one of my tacos where it was very clear it was intentional. This taco has more tomato than anything else in it. I have a photo but Idk how to upload it on here.

Worst place ever!!! "Supposedly" open to 4am on a Saturday, well we went at midnight and they said they didn't have beef, chicken, or cantina tacos. THEN WHY ARE YOU OPEN!! TURN OFF YOUR LIGHTS AND CLOSE THEN!! Every time we go here, they are always out of something. Service is awful and always out of something as simple as beef. I'm surprised this location is still open.
