I barely eat taco bell but my wife wants it, ordered ahead via app come pickup from drive thru, they take forever for a single order and it’s only us who’s waiting, there’s nobody else. Imagine if it gets busy I won’t have to wait an hour? This is ridiculous. Fast food that can be done in 5 minutes but they took 15 minutes what the hell

Terrible experience. Waited for 3 mins thru the drive thru. Finally said “hello?” and they finally responded. The two cars behind me got their food after I was told to pull forward. A half hour later, I finally got my food and half of it was incorrect. I will not be coming back to this location ever again.

This location is so hit or miss, do better. They literally left part of my order out then left us waiting fir like 20 mins walk inside they arent even making it, the manager is standing there doesnt care at all as to whats going on. Soda spilled all over the dining room floor nobody cleaning it up, food literally all over the kitchen floor absolutely disgusting.

This place needs to be shut down. 4 pc chicken tenders for 9 dollars and they look like they came from under the deep fryer forgotten about for a month and someone decided to bag em up. I love taco bell but not yours this was truly a crazy experience.

$7.00 for a crunchwrap supreme with NO meat!! A tiny, tiny bit of meat you cannot even see. NEVER AGAIN. How horrible. These prices are insane when the actually quality is total crap.

Waited in the drive thru forever and spent nearly 60 dollars. Chicken cantina bowl is over 9 dollars and had no guacamole, no pico, and like 1/4 teaspoon of sour cream and maybe two slivers of shredded cheese. The chicken is nasty too. It was basically just lettuce and rice. What even is this joke?? Never again.

I've never thought to review Taco Bell. I've been going to the SM one for 9 years. 8/12 I went to TB and let me tell you... it was the best Mexican Pizza I've ever had! Good amount of meat, cheesy, put together well. The girl at the window also made my day by giving me tons of hot sauce lol! So good!
