This Wendy’s never disappoints! Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner the food is always piping hot and fresh! The Crew is always respectful and sincere, they look like they are actually enjoying their job. We go out of our way to come to this Wendy’s. Food literally presented like the ads. Keep it up!

Order 3 cheese burgers 2 lg fries. First they forgot 1 fry so I go into the restaurant to get my other fry. The girl at the pick up counter says he had yur other fry. Yeah but he didn’t put it in the bag w/my order! Get home to find only 2 burgers have meat!! Not sure if they were trying to be jerks because I only asked for cheese, ketchup & of course meat on the 3 burgers?? How annoying & total inconvenience. This restaurant won’t be here very long if this is the way they do business! My second time at this location & both times they forgot items. This happens to be an ongoing issue. I never have this issue w/any other fast food restaurants. I at least get everything I ordered & paid for. Nothing is inexpensive anymore so when u pay for something u expect to get everything u paid for. I don’t know if the staff doesn’t care because u ordered via drive thru & the customer won’t know items are missing or wrong because they are already home? I won’t be going back to this Wendy’s!

Best wendys by far. Food taste amazing. Always fresh.
We enjoy this Wendy's very much. It's literally down the ally from our house and we walk for breakfast sandwiches, baconators and that delicious lemonade pretty often. The food has been hot, fresh and made correctly every time we've gone and the dining area never once closed. The staff has all been very friendly and the restaurant clean. My son and I enjoy coming here, although being a block away is a bit too convenient ! ? ?

I have been nice and understanding. This location has not been open for long so I understand learning curves and such, and I understand how they can impede service. However what I don't understand is how simple orders get messed up when they are very clear and concise, for instance when you order a PLAIN hamburger one would imagine they would get a PLAIN hamburger with NOTHING on it, and not a burger drenched in ketchup and mustard with pickles on it. Small mistake right? Well of course, but this small mistake happens pretty much every other time I visit this location which is very frustrating as it's such a simple request. I was excited when this location opened and used to visit frequently as it's very close to my house and the other closest wendys is in a neighboring town, but after yet again my order was made wrong I do not think I will be back to this location.

Only place that serves the bacon crisp! Love my Baconator , but can not stand flimsy bacon, yuck! This Wendy's ALWAYS has crisp bacon on their burgers, always fresh and served hot. Love the new very berry frosty.
