Giving this place a bad review due to the actions of one of their employees. I went there with one thing in mind, but they were out of the Turkey, even at 3:30pm... so I had to figure out what other thing to get. However, the kid behind the counter was extremely rude and pretty much told me to hurry up because he had other things to do. Needless to say, I didn't appreciate that and informed the manager that they had just lost a customer. I'll go to McDonald's before I go back to this Arby's.

We love Arby's and especially love the deals you can get online. In the few times we have been there, it seems there are not enough staff for the amount of people who order. So if you're willing to wait, you will definitely enjoy the food.
I stopped into the Sparta Arby's today. Ordered a simple roast beef meal In the drive through. Was told to pull around and wait for food and they would bring it out.. So after more than 10 minutes of waiting I walked inside to get my order. I commented on not getting my order and that the order was wrong, I was met with the same guy that took the order. He said I was to wait at the window for the order. I said that's not what was said. He continued to argue with me infront of several customers in the store. I would never visit this Arby's again! There employees are combative and will treat you like a fool infront of anyone. This employee must be fired! Additionally this Arby's needs to be shut down and re opened under new management and emfisis on customer service.
