We stopped in for a quick bite o. Our wat to Southern Wisconsin. The atmosphere is not fancy but comfortable. Service is good. I've been here 3 times now and I have noticed the floors have food on them and some of the tables weren't wiped off. I understand if they're short staffed because customer comes first but it would be nice to eat off a clean table

Your wagu burger the classic one I will never get that again it was a mess like you poured a cup of sauce on that it got all over my shirt thanks and I couldn't eat I tossed the bun out and ate the meat I'm never ever getting that

More yelling then working with one another and not organized as they could be from perspective. Food took long to reach for only 3 items. Missing items from bag that was requested and straight up forgotten.

I'm taking this as my last time through the drive through at Arby's in Sparta. The last 3x. This time included, I received cold hard curly fries, that had to have been under a heat lamp for an hour.I request fresh fries this time.Also, the last 3x I asked for them to please put in a few napkins, Arby's sauce packets, and horseradish sauce in our bag too. ALL 3x times, I was told they would be. And they never was. This time not only was our request ignored again. When my husband and I received our roast beef n cheddar, there was barely any sauce on them and the roast beef covered half the bun.I will continue going to Arbys...I just won't use Sparta anymore. Ive given 3x for change, and it gets progressively worse.I will stop at either Tomahs, who also serves pup cups of roast beef for my other family member. Or in LaCrosse. And by pass the Sparta one all together. It was not busy. It was after the dinner hour. Its just rude, to not get what you've ordered. And can not get the condiments. Then when you stress, that you want the condiments. So your not eating hard dried food...they still by pass it and cut your order in half? My not putting the correct amount of roast beef or cheddar sauce on? Really?? It is ok though...your not the only Arby's in the area.
