Food has been good, no complaints, but as far as the service it is not welcoming to my boyfriend and I. This is not the first time I have delt with this, and could not even start my own job that I attempted to show up too, but get told by staff I did not work, when upper management wanted me to come in, got paid for my time being wasted and still as a customer, don't try to be in customer service if you can't have common courtesy and a warm welcoming to all your guests, this will continue and something hopefully will change, but I will not continue service further on.
I have been meaning to try Big Dan's for over a year now, and finally did so last evening. Sorry I hadn't gone there sooner! The service was excellent, such a friendly and accommodating gal. I decided to try the thin crust veggie pizza, it was the BEST I have ever had, and it takes something for me to say that. The veggies presented on the pizza are a perfect combination and evenly distributed over the whole pizza, along with the perfect amount of sauce & cheese. The waitress also provided a delicious ranch dressing for me to add if I cared to, what a flavorful addition on the pizza! Thank you! This is a country bar/restaurant. Friendly, rustic atmosphere. In the dining area there are touches of antiques that gives that section a warm, cozy feeling. My only hope is that my Veggie Pizza will be as excellent on my next visit, which will be soon!

I'm from Chippewa Falls, my dad and I took a mini road trip today. We stopped at a gas station to use the bathroom, however the clerk told us it was out of order and directed us to Longbranch to use their facilities. Immediately the bartender greeted us and asked us if we wanted menus, so we decided to stay for a late lunch. I'm so happy we did! Our bartender (I wish I could remember her name!) was so nice and kind, made conversation with us, asked where we were from and took very good care of us. The food was amazing. I had the western burger and my dad and the swiss and mushroom. The burgers were giant, not too greasy and absolutely delicious. The patrons were kind, the music playing was great and the establishment was clean and very comfortable! We will definitely be back!! Thank you for everything!!

God, where do i start? This place is an all around PERFECT experience, has a pool table, pizza to die for, and a damn food coleslaw. if i could come here for every meal of the day i sure as hell would, Best bar in the state!

Mike and I visit Big Dan's Longbranch regularly and enjoy the staff as well as the atmosphere very much. Jeff and Jody have a wonderful establishment and have done so many updates to the place since taking over. We give them 5 stars all day long! Thank you guys at Big Dan's, and keep up the great work! Great place with great people. I've never been to this place before, and we went to check it out. The bartender was very welcoming and made us feel at home right when we walked through the door. Unfortunately, we had to leave right away due to unforeseen circumstances. We will for sure be going back to have some of the great food we have heard about. We can't wait to go back to have some great food and fun.

Randomly decided to stop while traveling by on the bike, even though it was moments before 11:00 am, Tammy and Amber took breakfast order and delivered an EXCELLENT breakfast! Service was so great had to stay for hours! Fun bar, delicious food, and of course great drinks ! Will be back!
