Stopped in here on the way through to another place and I am super happy with the experience. The food was hot and fresh. The staff was friendly. The restaurant itself was clean. I had to change my infant and was happy with how clean the restroom and changer were as well!

I ordered a whopper, and it was rancid. I took it to the counter and the girl who took my order was very nice and respectful. The girl with the headset on was very rude, saying that the burgers were fresh all day. I asked her to smell it, and she threw it in the garbage and once again said nothing was wrong with it. The 2 men in the back were loudly making fun of me. I felt sorry for the young lady working the counter. The customer service was absolutely horrible. I will not go back

I've been to a lot of BKs since they came out with the Impossible burger. They all seem to be getting better about not messing up the orders.
Vegetarian options: If you get the Impossible burger just make sure they don't put any cheese on it. Fries are always safe and a few other things.
The person taking orders in the drive thru always sounds inconvenienced. It’s not always the same person, but no matter who it is, it’s the same feeling. It would be nice if they would actually say “Thank You” when they give you your order at the window, too.
