Bun was super soft....we liked that ALOT. Cheese butter burger was so good. Drive thru was pretty quick for two burgers, onion rings and two drinks.

Unfortunately, there always seems to be issues with our order when we visit, which is a lot because there's nothing else our entire family agrees on for dine-in or take out, and nothing much else in Sparta lol. Common issues is food missing, additional ingredients added to our cheeseburgers, cold food, not getting things we paid for, etc. We're there so much we frequently get surveys to complete, and I always do. Few have been positive, majority have been negative because there's always a problem. Just sucks because of course we will be back, but begrudgingly. We're not being too difficult I believe, just order "normal" food for a family of 5, often. Just wish we'd have a good visit because there's so many bad ones that just keep stacking up one after another :-(

Sparta Wisconsin....they hoard their Ketchup. You have to beg for it. SERIOUSLY...4 CHEESEBURGER BASKETTS N NO KETCHUP DESPITE ASKING..AND Lord forbid, should you ask for SALT. UPDATE.. now they give you small 🍟. Fries, no Ketchup or salt despite asking.

I thought it was going to another overly salted shake and shack, but I was surprised that it was actually good. I had a sourdough melt, which is my favorite, and I am definitely coming back on my cheat days.
