The pizza was good, slightly skimpy on the toppings. My main complaint was a lack of communication on the part of the man who took our order. I knew there was a special, 2 medium pizzas for 6.99 each. He did not express that the deal was for two topping pizzas, he just said no specialty pizzas. We ordered and weren’t aware that there was a two topping limit. We don’t get pizza very often and I couldn’t remember what the commercial on tv said. As a result, or bill was larger than expected. When we asked about that special, he should have immediately said it was for up to two toppings each. I’m sure they like to get more money, but I feel it was a bit disingenuous. Some people may not care at all, but we saw the Dominos and only came in because of the special.

I found hair in my pizza very disgusting.I got a large and a medium pizza plus 16. Garlic parmesan bites they don't even wear hair or nuts there and it's very disgusting, they don't use gloves for their hands.They don't wear a hair net and they also charge for the marinara when at least if you're ordering the gar. LIC parmesan, you should at least get one marinara free with your order. I will never be eating her again because they're disgusting

Almost got ran over trying to get out of my car because one of the delivery drivers couldn’t slow down in the PARKING LOT!! I nearly died! Tell your drivers to be more careful and not SWERVE IN THE BUSINESS PARKING LOT

Not overly impressed. I just ordered a chicken parmesan sandwich and it's primarily bread, cheese and sauce with a few small pieces of chicken. When I called the store I was told that's the build of the sandwich. So the chicken is at the outer edge to make it look good, but the inside is cheese and sauce. Not worth the $7 in my opinion

Placed an order online for two pizzas, breadtwists and a dipping sauce. Upon arrival and checking if the dipoing sauce was burnt (which it was), I noticed there was very little sauce in the container. It barely coated the bottom of the tray. I brought this up and the Manager said it was the correct amount and handed it back to me. He couldn't care less about my satisfaction and it was obvious and he became hostile. I then said I didn't want the sauce and asked for a refund for the sauce and the tip I had left (why tip when they don't care, at all). He proceeded to refund the entire order (which wasn't anything near what I wanted him to do) so I thanked him and told him it was unnecessary. In his effort to make sure he got the last word in, he took the sauce and threw it into the garbage and made a snarky comment. Yeah, this Manager needs lessons in the importance of customer service because he os terrible at it.

I am going to rant!! We ordered 4 pizzas and sides from dominos in Sparta. When it was delivered the sausage pizza barely had any sausage on it. We didn’t complain about that but we ordered a buffalo chicken one and it had absolutely no sauce on it, so we called to let them know. They were like no problem they remade it and delivered it and it was drowning in sauce and it was very inedible. We will not order from them again!! We have been ordering from dominos for a while. The service and food have gone so downhill!! Okay rant over, thank you for listening.

Got our order it was the most greasiest it’s ever been! One of the pizzas only had toppings in the middle so you don’t eat toppings on the top half of your slice! Our other pizza wasn’t even cut all the way through and our one had hardly any sauce so we called to get it fixed and when they brought the new one it was completely drowned on bottom and on top of the pizza! (Tell me you’re mad without telling me your mad) worst service I have ever got from there! From now on going back to Pizza Hut!

My mom putting an order for a chicken buffalo pizza and got a pizza with no buffalo they offered to remake it so they did and delivered it and it was drenched in buffalo sauce to the point you can’t even eat it and the cutting job is so sloppy absolutely rude service and the person who answered the phone was snotty and rude absolutely do not go to this place how disappointing and disgusting behavior
Usually never have issues with this place but after tonight I won’t be ordering anymore. I ordered a very simple order and my bacon was missing off of my Mac and cheese and both my sauces that I paid for were missing too. Pretty sad it has to go through a quality expectation and everything was listed on the receipt and it still wasn’t right.

I didn’t order anything. They offered me a manager job I accepted it. Then called me to tell me they can’t offer that to me that they could give me Part time. Because im relocating to that area I decide I’ll take that better than nothing. Then the guy says no we won’t even let you do part time. Well will never come to this establishment. Waiting 45 minutes for a 16pc parm bites order started annoying but after seeing the multiple large orders before mine and the manager flying through the orders while keeping morale up with his crew, my annoyance turned into respect. Worth the wait

I went in this afternoon to order food for a meeting to be delivered at a specific time and place. Almost 30 minutes late in the delivery, this evening. That was disappointing as I had given them over 3 hours notice. The s taff in the restaurant were friendly and polite. The interior is a bit disheveled and a little run-down looking. Pizza was to be expected.
