I would classify it as the prince of the taco, rating 7 to 7.5 fair to good, the tacos are with a double tortilla and well prepared but their flavor is missing something, they are served with radishes, lemon and a green chili, the sauces were also not I really like it, I would go again to try something else, but that's it.

I will be honest, but I also want to be loving. I love that Sparta has some food trucks. That is so cool of us, for us. I love Mexican food. I love supporting small/independent businesses. I very unfortunately did not find this to be a stellar/outstanding dish. I had a chicken burrito (hold the cheese and cream), and I did eat it like a burrito bowl (so no tortilla). I did find the salsa verde to be super super delish, nice and spicy. The chicken wasn't fatty or anything, but it just didn't taste as maybe fresh/juicy as I would hope for. It was also, in my opinion, a small burrito for $12 - small in terms of filling. It was certainly a normal sized portion I would say, but in comparison to the size of the tortilla, just not quite the right ratios maybe. My friend had a steak quesadilla. I don't know how much that was for, but it looked packed and so good! I love that there's outdoor seating, but the table, at least the one directly in front of the truck (as I saw two more a under trees closer to the road) was messy. Water was not for sale [at least not on this day, but it also didn't seem to be available otherwise]. I want to try the seafood soup ($23 does make me second guess how bad I want it) and the fruit cup (hoping for $7 it is an appropriate size). I didn't find the food anywhere near bad, nor did I find the service anywhere near poor. I appreciate a food truck and an outdoor atmosphere, but I maybe expect a bit mroe affordability from a food truck. Sparta does have a bit of competition in terms of Mexican food, so I can understand maybe the economy of that. I cannot compare to Bailey's diner, our other Mexican food truck, yet. By the name, maybe it's the tacos here that are the best option - I also cannot yet compare to Taco Paisa. Glad to finally have tried after having my eye on this spot for more than a year :) I would appreciate vegetarian options, in addition to bowl options (to accomodate a grain free type of dish). Thanks.

Terrible service, they delayed my order for more than 1 hour, I was waiting in the Drive thrue, they forgot to place the order without eating it, also their kitchen looked very rusty, very bad service, the carnitas tacos had no flavor The roast beef cake is terrible, better are the Farolito tacos that are nearby, the tacos and the Farolito cake are more delicious.
