I’m absolutely embarrassed for the “service” of this place. The older woman kept screwing up my order at the drive thru (so much so that the car behind me went to the other lane) and then she just said “just pull up” very rudely as if my order was an inconvenience to her. Once I got to her window and asked about one of my items, she said, “I don’t know, ask them at the other window.” with rude attitude again. I would like to say the next window was better but they were almost worse. When I inquired about my order and told them I was spoken to quite rudely at the first window one of the team members addressed me as “girl” in a very disrespectful manner. It was a horrible, horrible place and they do NOT have any clue about customer service

This Sparta McDonald's are very rude to customers. Have long waits for your food here because they are in the back on their cellphones texting away. When you want to order from the front counter you have to wave them down because they are never watching for anybody. I used to work at a McDonald's when I was 17, question is what happened to great customer service?

My family and I moved to Sparta a few years ago, and we used Door Dash from the local McDonald's store # 1384 several times. However, every order had a mistake. After speaking with a daytime manager, I was told my name would be added to a list for coupons due to the issues. Despite this, I stopped ordering from McDonalds 1384 due to the persistent problems. Which I never did receive any coupons. Almost two years later, we gave them another chance, but again, our order was incomplete. I called at 7:34 p.m. and spoke to a staff member (which I think was the lead but not sure they didn't announce themselves in a title) but I asked if I could please speak to the manager or supervisor on duty. I explained to her that a couple years ago I was told I would receive coupons but never received them so if it was okay if she just wrote my name down and if I could just come there tomorrow and to pick up my missing item. She said yes that's fine and gave her name. I told her the items that were on my list (the item missing) and the order number. Thank you and have a good night. That was the end of our conversation. However, now its new day and after football practice my kiddos and I went through McDonalds, and I informed the employee that my name should be written down for a missing item and I was told that I could come get it today. That I still had my receipt. They told me to hold. Then the lady that I talked to the prior day told me that she called me back and told me that she could only send coupons. WHAT? I asked her, how did you call me back when you didn't even collect my phone number, and I would never agree to that cause I'm still waiting for coupons from 2 years ago. I will just pay for the food. (By this time, I figured she already moved on to whatever she was doing prior to our conversation.) My kids where laughing cause they heard the conversation the night before of her telling me that I could come back for the missing item. I said, she is lying wow. Then you hear her say I WASN'T LYING. I just drove away. I was a manager in food industry for many years and management my entire adult life and I have never experienced such horrible service. This experience confirms that McDonald's 1384 is by the worst I've ever encountered.

Hardly ever go here because they Mcfuc up your order. I tried it again and ordered 2 bacon egg cheese biscuits and go home to 2 sausage and egg biscuits without cheese. Things cost plenty these days, be nice if you could get what you ordered. Don't recommend it.
