Ive sent,called,emailed,escalated to PR and customer service corp over issue and I have been ignore over 60 times! They will charge you and not provide what you are charged and then literally repeat themselves over and over and over as if they are robots. They dont care to resolve a thing! I emailed mcdonalds own customer service line to escalate thinking this would be simple enough which was just as bad. They cant even communicate , they paste same response over and over that keeps asking for same info which ive provided over 20 times. I escalated to mcdonalds PR dept who has chosen to ignore completely, how ironic. Take your business to BK, Culvers,Arby's and avoid McDonalds at all costs. Only determination I can make is they are scamming people on purpose. They dont care about customers at all. Ive never been treated like this anywhere and Ive been kind. Mistakes happen but its obvious this was intentional to maximize profits by scamming customers out of their money. 60 times is enough attempts to rectify and McDonalds including corporate doesnt care.They chose to discard me and avoid the situation. Ill pay more money to know im not getting scammed.

I got my husband and I a quick breakfast, but I couldn’t even eat it nicely because my sandwich was all screwed up. Seems like every time I get something from this McDonald’s it’s like someone got into a fist fight with my sandwich and I have to reassemble it. It’s getting annoying. Now my sandwich is messy and soggy. So that’s nice :). Not very happy.

I’m absolutely embarrassed for the “service” of this place. The older woman kept screwing up my order at the drive thru (so much so that the car behind me went to the other lane) and then she just said “just pull up” very rudely as if my order was an inconvenience to her. Once I got to her window and asked about one of my items, she said, “I don’t know, ask them at the other window.” with rude attitude again. I would like to say the next window was better but they were almost worse. When I inquired about my order and told them I was spoken to quite rudely at the first window one of the team members addressed me as “girl” in a very disrespectful manner. It was a horrible, horrible place and they do NOT have any clue about customer service

This Sparta McDonald's are very rude to customers. Have long waits for your food here because they are in the back on their cellphones texting away. When you want to order from the front counter you have to wave them down because they are never watching for anybody. I used to work at a McDonald's when I was 17, question is what happened to great customer service?
