I just sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes listening to everyone conversation that the gal was having on her headset. Last text I came here she was too busy talking with her friends and screwed my order up. Not coming back ever. Oh I should add that the manager just stood there with a deer in the headlights look. I finally just told her she lost my business and left.

The only available McDonald's within 10 minutes of my work; TOO OFTEN, when I go for lunch or breakfast, I end up waiting for 15 minutes AT LEAST for my order. Even just a simple iced coffee takes awhile. And I've been kind about not leaving reviews because I know I can just choose somewhere else to eat; but the last 2 times I've ordered, my food has been incorrect, AND im being charged for my sauces on the side that I did NOT receive both times! Don't charge for things if you aren't going to make DOUBLE sure its in the bag!! I miss when the sauces were free because at least then I'm not paying for something that isn't in the bag. ? may just stop going all together, i like the point system and rewards for loyal customers, but hate this poor customer service.

Very slow, have to park and wait for the food. When you get the food they mess up the order. The place is not what it use to be.
My bf and I went there tonight and ordered 4 cheeseburgers with no onions and they put onions on all 4 burgers. Then we went through the drive thru again to let them know they tried charging us again.
Sandwiches were just slapped to gether,my rib sandwich the meat and fixings were half off the bun laying on the box

NO PLAY PLACE! Don’t pay attention to the old photos on this Google listing with photos of the sweet play place. It closed during COVID and didn’t reopen. So bummed. There were a few digital games and light up table for the kids and overall the place was nice and clean. Just not what we expected.

This was a curbside order. Typical MCD's food. The girl that brought my order out was a grumpy gus. It was raining lightly, and she didn't move very fast for being a young girl. I'm sure she did get a little wet. Sorry girl. Maybe McD's isn't the place for you... I think that curbside delivery is in your job description and I was in spot #1. Not far to walk. I use curbside because I don't want rain down the inside of my car door. We all have parts of are jobs that are less pleasant than others.
