Stopped on a Tuesday night at 7:45pm, sign said they're open until 8, went in to order and the girl behind the counter said they were closed. I said your sign says your open until 8, she said "I know but we're closed" so I walked out

Surprised to see nobody wearing hair nets. This is the food industry isn't it?

How rude and disrespectful it is for this Company NOT to reach out to address a valid complaint, Nor when you call the store and the MANAGER himself REFUSES to talk on the phone to even hear what the complaint is even about! And use the excuse as " language barrier" well then put me on speaker and use Google translate! Or Maybr don't be a manager if you can not address store issues.
I've heard so many excuses from the teenage kid that answered, that it just blew my mind. It's been since Friday and NO one has the balls to call and fix the issues you have at the Sparta location. Are you blind to the fact that your store closed before the posted time? And the excuse is they have minors that can't work past a certain time. Then HIRE ADULTS! OR BE A MANAGER AND WORK! Place doesn't even deserve a star!

Who is the manager of this place? Who ever you are DO BETTER! Friday @ 6:45pm arrived, open sign on, door locked. Called no answer. Workers seem me at the door than ran onto the back! What kind of business is this? Pretty messed up! Won't be going here anymore! Pic and video to prove what happened.

How disrespectful and rude!! We pull up and get out of our car the open sign is on, close my car door and turn around and the kid flicks off the open light 20 minutes before the closing time. Real nice!

Ordered online & went to pick up on crutches they were extremely helpful by opening my car door & bringing the pizza to the car for me. Plus closed my door also. They have handicap parking & entrance. We got the thin crust it was delicious.

Actually should be 0 stars. I got there at 6:55 PM and they said they were closed(closing time is 7:00 PM). Those kids should be fired.

Fast courteous service, gentleman that was there was by himself, but still received fast and friendly service.

Get pizza's from this location frequently.. probably at least once or twice each month. Usually wouldn't get there till early or mid evening. Staff there tends to be fairly young.. I'm certain all are HS age. But they are spot on all the time! They clearly know the process and my waits are never long. Pizza's are consistently great and each of the staff those evenings are extremely friendly.Tonight got in a bit earlier than my typical. Most of the younger staff I recognized. The lady than rang me up was friendly to me but I noticed she would constantly address her coworkers as kids.. "the kids will have yur stuff ready".. "the kids are working on this".. "the kids will have yur order right up". Was only there 15 minutes as it was busier than I normally see there.. but I'm certain she make remarks like that at least 3 times.I'm quite a few years from being a "kid" myself but I'm certain this lady's co-workers would rather be addressed as her co-workers.. or better yet.. their names.. vs being constantly referred to as kids. They are each doing wonderful jobs. I think they could be at very least referred to as a coworker. Just my thought and perhaps a recommendation.

Very upsetting. I placed my order online and had picked the asap option for pick up. Well instead of calling when I placed my order that I needed to be there earlier than what the website said. Instead I get a call 5 minutes before I was suppose to get my food that they weren’t making my food because they closed at 5. A phone call when y’all received my order would have been nice. Love the lack of communication
