Went to their weekly trivia with friends and family and had a great time in the relaxed atmosphere as always! Got the pizza and the onion rings and neither disappointed!

The WINGS! Huge, had kinda of a smokey flavor. Went on a Tuesday and they had trivia night. It wasn’t too loud. Drinks were great.

Solid cheese curds and the jerk wings were to die for. The pep pizza with the hot honey is a true gem of this place. Honestly I'm coming back every time I visit Wisconsin. Go Sparta!

Service was great, atmosphere is really nice. Very similar to beer shop but with a more dive bar feel without the lingering smoke smell. I really enjoyed it. Will definitely go back.
Stopped through Sparta last weekend and always go to Beer Shop but I heard they had another place that had opened in January, Blue Collar Bar. Great space with a fantastic selection of classic beers on tap. Old Style, Hamms, Haufbrau etc. Served in proper glassware and with a smile. Beau took good care of me. Next time I'm going to have to try the wings because they looked and smelled amazing. I'm definitely going to make it a regular stop when I'm in Sparta

Do not confuse some of the reviews with the Soda Works. My wife and I stopped the other night and we had a great time on a Thursday evening at the BCBG. They have lots of seating, TVs, pool table, slot machines, and a cozy lounge area. The beer selection was good and so were the wings! However, the Fried Green Beans were Delicious, next time we are ordering two orders. The pizzas look good as well. The bar tender was very nice and surprised us with some of the drinks.

Say HI to Beau very laid back nice guy Bob as well becoming one of my favorite bars very nice atmosphere I've had almost everything on the menu and the wings house rub are definitely my favorite and that giant pretzel drinks are strong and this place is very welcoming trivia on Wednesday plenty of other activities pool darts classic Pac-Man and dig-dug
