The worker Makenzie sent my order to the wrong house. She then decided to send me a picture of house 70, reminder my house number is 77 then I walked to house 77 and my drinks were there. Terrible experience. Don’t recommend!!

took FOREVER to give me a cake pop while i watched it sit in its bag on the back counter. i also ordered a drink size grande and it was 2/3 of the way full. the guy with brown hair gave it to me. shame on you

I placed an online order through the app to pick up through the drive-thru before work. The girl in the drive was so sweet. She communicated that they were just putting on the finishing touches on my drink and it would be right out. It was brought promptly with a smile. My order was correct and delivered in a timely manner!

Stopped and ordered 2 drinks at 5:03 pm on 12/27/2023 one truck ahead of me in drive thru, I waited over 15 minutes for the truck to get one drink out the drive thru then drove around and parked. I said to the girl sure are slow tonight she laughed and said yah. Maybe Need manager at night or trained employees so the wait is not so long.
