Stopped and ordered 2 drinks at 5:03 pm on 12/27/2023 one truck ahead of me in drive thru, I waited over 15 minutes for the truck to get one drink out the drive thru then drove around and parked. I said to the girl sure are slow tonight she laughed and said yah. Maybe Need manager at night or trained employees so the wait is not so long.

They are doing a fantastic job in Sparta! Always friendly, prompt, and I've never had a wrong order. I've definitely increased my Starbucks runs now that they have one in Sparta! Thank you to all staff and happy holidays!
After waiting over 15 minutes for my coffee this morning, I finally left. There were only 2 other customers in the cafe at the time (all served) and 3 cars in the drive-thru. When I asked if my order was still on the way or if it had been forgotten, the barista just said "probably". I had already paid, so I guess that is $4 down the drain.

I stopped at 2 locations on this date, Sparta and Tomah. Sparta was unbelievably slow. Tomah was quick and efficient. Seems like Sparta should be getting up to speed soon...
