I placed an online order through the app to pick up through the drive-thru before work. The girl in the drive was so sweet. She communicated that they were just putting on the finishing touches on my drink and it would be right out. It was brought promptly with a smile. My order was correct and delivered in a timely manner!

Stopped and ordered 2 drinks at 5:03 pm on 12/27/2023 one truck ahead of me in drive thru, I waited over 15 minutes for the truck to get one drink out the drive thru then drove around and parked. I said to the girl sure are slow tonight she laughed and said yah. Maybe Need manager at night or trained employees so the wait is not so long.

After waiting over 15 minutes for my coffee this morning, I finally left. There were only 2 other customers in the cafe at the time (all served) and 3 cars in the drive-thru. When I asked if my order was still on the way or if it had been forgotten, the barista just said "probably". I had already paid, so I guess that is $4 down the drain.
