Was there tonight 9/30/24 a little before seven and waited 5 minutes to be waited on and the workers never come out from the back so I left. I won't be wasting my money there.

Go in at 7:40, no one else there, hear employees in the back, subtly make noise by moving a chair around that I’m leaning on, hear employees laughing and talking in the back…after bout 2 minutes just said whatever, left, went to McDonalds.

Went into the Sparta location with one buy one get one 6 inch and buy one get one footlong. When we went to go pay for our food Wendy at the register could not figure out how to take one sub off. She then tried to make us pay full price and told us “bring them back next time”. When we said we were not going to do that she YELLED at her other employee to come over and take care of it. The other employees were very nice and quick. WENDY is extremely rude, this is not the first time she’s been not accommodating.

Called Subway (Sparta) for a last minute business lunch. Sabrina took my call and was very professional & completed our order accurately for 9 sandwiches. With such service, we will be using Subway again in the future.

I am beyond upset and disappointed. This app is still not working. Says Default sorry try again when I go to pay…tried 2 different cards, I have deleted and readded the app, used my phone, my sons phone, my laptop (both edge and chrome) and it will not work. Same default error that was commented on Reddit over 2 years ago and the same problem still happens?! You are a HUGE corporation and you can’t get your app to work. Staff is rude and won’t honor the price even in store when o show them that it’s their app. They try to say it’s my phone—bull because I have tried 3 phones and two internet browsers—same result. Absolutely asinine that this cannot be resolved. And no one to talk to for assistance. What a scam!

The staff did an awesome job making sure that everything was made right. I was sent to get 4 sandwiches and they made sure that I had them right and asked questions to make sure. Even as I had to make a phone call to make sure one was

They burned all 6 if the subs I bought and didn't get the sandwiches right all they did was made it pretty much the same with lots of onions and pepers and tones of mayo and ranch all over the sandwiches when some of the sandwiches didn't request for mayo and only little ranch. They didn't have a manager there, and was only ran by kids that didn't know what they were doing. And one of the sandwiches was suposse to have NO SAUCE, they end up puting sweet sauce on it when my daughter is allergic to cornsyrup. When I called in to offer tobtake the sandwiches back, they said they don't want them back and to call there Manger in the morning, they said they didn't have a Manger. I will NOT GO BACK.. you lost my business.

Dietary restrictions: No cornsyrup do to child's allergies and not a lot of ranch.

This Subway was the most dirty and fly invested store I have been in. The food prep area and floor had pieces of food and cheese everywhere. Not cleaned up and made me question the sanitation of, well everything.
