The attendant was very rude when I asked a question, and then when they messed up my order. She was very disrespectful to me as a customer. I can tell she didn't care for me by the way she acted and how she did things! Just because I'm not from the same culture doesn't mean I'm not a person.

Living in a small town with limited food options and delivery, it goes without saying that it’s great to be able to experience great customer service and quality food. The reviews here are not surprising. We have ordered from this Taco Bell quite frequently and have yet to get an order that has been 100% correct. The food is quite frequently soggy and inedible due to the time it takes to receive your order. We found that ordering the taco filling separately from the shells made it so we could still enjoy our meal with crispy taco shells or any other adjustments that we needed by calling to request it. It was always a hassle to have to call and request this when they could make it easier to request food changes through Door Dash by allowing customers to do this through the app. We have usually been able to place our orders this way despite many errors in our orders in which we have had to very frustratingly fix through Door Dash. The last straw came when we placed our order and called the restaurant within 3 minutes after placing the order to request our food modifications. The order was for 15 total hard shell tacos. We were informed by staff and manager when calling that they had already started our order and it was too late to make changes. We canceled our order as they absolutely refused to accommodate our request less than 3 minutes after placing the order. I called the next day and talked to the manager, Kendra, and was told that she had been working the night before and per her instructions the order could not be changed to our request, despite telling her it had been only ordered 2-3 minutes prior. She informed me when talking to her the next day that she is the fastest taco maker and had already made most of our 15 tacos. If you can make almost 15 tacos within 3 minutes, refuse to accommodate customers requests, and respond with rudeness and indifference, you don’t deserve to be a manager of a restaurant that should be getting great reviews in this town. Time for a change Taco Bell, someone else needs to step up. Very disappointing. If you can make 15 tacos within 3 minutes? You weren’t making them, they were already made, and that’s why they are soggy and cold.

Bucket List

Rushed through drive thru with nobody behind us, sauce cups half empty, everyone seems to hate their job working here. Worst customer service ever, won’t be going back to this one.

Food has really been hit or miss. With a lot more miss than hit lately. Rewards are horrible, disappearing in 30 days. Taco Bell seems to think that you have to eat there every day. Food can be good, but, that means actually making it correctly, which if you’re getting a combo meal means only 1/2 of the required ingredients. I will be deleting the app if it continues.
